Been there twice and enjoyed both visits. If you're there for brunch, the pancakes & chicken/waffles are both delicious. Add a side of bacon for good measure, duh.

We were in town for a wedding and found this place on Google while looking for a breakfast spot near by. I am so glad we went! Granted, it was super hot and there is not much of an indoor eating area. So its mostly outdoors. they had fans and lots of shade. The setup is cute and it's a chill environment. You order and pay via website by scanning a qr code. So its very convenient and easy if your in a big group. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! We will definitely come back next time we're in town!

We are so happy that candlelight is still open after they moved across the side street. They are a perennial favorite with fantastic food, fantastic service, and a fantastic atmosphere. Great for late night gatherings of friends over coffee will be returning soon we hope.

Came here with my sisters and everyone was so amazing. Not from texas and we all were just so amazed with the hospitality we received. Jonathan and Adrianda were both so amazing and I can’t believe how personable they were. As someone who used to work the service industry, I know its hard sometimes to keep that vibe going. I want to come here everyday!

MUST VISIT! - great atmosphere and service from the candlelight team. I loved the back garden area. My chicken club is the best I’ve had in a long time, and great value. I will be back!

Wonderful experience with equally as wonderful food. It was a bit chilly out that day, but we had heaters surrounding us & I got myself a delicious hot chocolate. We enjoyed cat views and an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere while we chowed down on our food.

Simply the best brunch spot in San Antonio. Family-friendly, excellent food and $2 mimosas, what more could you want on the weekend.
The parking is a nightmare for all of North Saint Mary Street; but the YMCA has a massive lot within a few minutes walk. Now is the time for the community to keep supporting the businesses during the construction.

They have $2 mimosas if you dine and a bottle 🍾 for $12. The service is excellent. They are very generous and attentive. Huge outdoor patio with umbrellas for shade.
