Belgian Sweets

I visited on a Sunday evening with a few of my friends. There were only two employees present but their service was top notch. The quality of all of orders was excellent and presented well on our plates. Their waffles are easily the best I've had anywhere. I will not hesitate to recommend this Belgian Sweets if you're craving ice cream, cheesecake, a Belgian waffle, or something else similar.

My husband and I absolutely love this place, we first found it when it was still located near the Alamo. This has been our go-to for Belgium waffles, we haven’t even searched for any in our area, and instead drive the 3-4 hrs from our city. We basically plan a weekend around the waffles, like we did this weekend. We always get the same thing, 2 waffles with strawberries and cream. we should definitely try something else but the waffles are perfect. The smell as you walk in, is one you’ll forever remember. The atmosphere and the friendliness is the best! We’ll be back soon for sure.

I plan to take my bf on a date here this weekend. I have not been here yet, but after reading the owners post reguarding 1 star reviews I applaud you for knowing the quality of food as well as staff that you have working for you and you stand by them. That speaks volumes of you and your establishment and I, for one. can not wait to try all the delicious food I've seen in these pictures

Truly the bestest, the most delicious waffles that I never knew I needed in my life till just yesterday when I dropped impromptu, and am I glad I did!!! The texture, the perfect sweetness, and scrumptiousness of the waffles, balanced by the tartness of the fresh strawberries 🍓 was absolutely made of only what I thought could exist in my dreams!! Must, must try as you'll fall in love after the very first bite!

This place is one of the best culinary experiences in San Antonio. The potato soup can only be described as having a Thousand Angels 😇 . Massaging your tastebuds.. Belgian Sweets, is one of the few restaurants that has a menu where there are no bad choices. Monday and Tuesday are gonna be very hard on me because the shop is closed. The atmosphere of the shop is like eating in a European bakery /museum. The bakery was the highlight of my weekend. I love ❤️ this place! John🤠😎🤠😎🤠😎

I’m a chocolate lover yes! But I don’t give the 5 ⭐️ accept for on those rare occasions of exceptionalism. Absolutely everything we tried was hand crafted, (that doesn’t mean hand made) I mean exceptional craftsmanship went into it. You can rarely taste emotion in food these days, I could literally taste love and longing in these deserts. This was my first visit, Chocolate mouse, King Leopold waffle with a scoop of Dutch chocolate ice cream. Homemade doesn’t even come close, as I said “ hand crafted, with love” exceptionalism at its finest! Thank you!!
