Chipotle has always been one of the best healthy? Chain. Lol. I loved their bowl salad with barbacoa and steak, I just like it, but what makes this place cool is the location, which sucks something if you don't find parking.
This place was new. Everything was clean and super delicious. Brewed tea was lacking. Price was a little high for one person fast food. I love the organic and non-gmo support. Great for a quick meal. It was super easy to get to from downtown. I took the train to the red line University/Medical and got off at Trolley Station.

Chipotle never disappoints with their quality of food. This location is clean, fast, and staff are super friendly. The parking is super limited but I’ve been lucky ever time I come here. The music is always good. I will definitely come back. Maybe I’ll be lucky with parking again.

This Chipotle has its parking of own which is not quite obvious when passing by, but make sure you park in the correct lot else the car can be towed away.
Overall, I would recommend this location. But stay away during busy times, always check your order before you leave (if you order carry out), and be prepared for a parking nightmare.
Parking at this location is kind of a nightmare. There is one, super tiny parking lot in a garage attached to the Chipotle - but it's very tight spacing and there are only a handful of parking spaces available. If you can't park there, you'll have to park around the block somewhere and walk a bit.
The food itself is consistently good. But I would avoid this location during popular/busy times (ex: Fridays at lunchtime). I usually order carry out - and they seem to have it ready on time most of the time, but if they are busy - it can take 20-30 minutes or more (which kind of defeats the purpose of "fast casual"). I've had a few instances where they forget parts of my order too (usually something small like an extra order of chips or things like that).
Gets what you expect in a Chipotle. Good Service. Only confusion was the parking situation. We then realized that parking for Chipotle is actually separate from the other businesses in the complex; it's a covered free parking garage on University Blvd, adjacent to Chipotle (to it's east).
I read some reviews of this place and Recent reviews of this place look like customers are not satisfied. I don’t know what’s going on recently but we had visited this place in 2018, so this review is about that visit. I still remember this place being a nice place to eat in, was very clean and we got proper seats to eat. Food was great and the staff was also nice. Restroom was clean.
Parking was available.
I have visited many Chipotle locations in various states before 2018 and after too.
