Fantastic! The owner was kind and really fun to talk to. Helped us sample all the flavors we were interested in. I come from an ice cream family and this blew away all my expectations. The flavors were interesting and had wide variety. The texture of the ice cream is so creamy and smoothe. I will definitely go back. A perfect treat to end the evening.
The ice cream was delicious! I got the Dirty Monkey which was chocolate ice cream, cookies, and banana. The one girl working was friendly and quick, and even though the large family in front of me kept ordering more and more items she did not get frustrated or upset with them.
The gelato was amazing and had unique flavors like horchata, lemon blueberry donut, passion fruit, etc. The service was also remarkable. The employee at the counter was incredibly passionate and truly made the experience wonderful, and recommended some great flavors! It was not only quality product, but the employee there made it an amazing experience! We will be back. 😁
Visited here on one of the hottest days in July and the Dole Whip felt like standing under a waterfall. It was life giving and so delicious. The passionfruit ice cream somehow rich and refreshing. And the person at the counter was helpful and kind.
Loved it. There was only one girl working and she did amazing. Quick and clean. The shaved ice was huge! And lots of flavors. That light fluffy kind, not the icy kind. We also got the pineapple dole whip float which is just in more pineapple juice and it’s amazing. This is the perfect place for a treat on a hot day!
Ice cream does NOT get better than this! I used to be a fan of Nielsen's Custard... But Cloud Ninth has taken the crown! The owner was quoted in the local newspaper saying: "we don't just crush up SKOR bars here...we make EVERYTHING from scratch." And one can easily tell. That line at the soft serve cereal joint across the street needs to get a clue! That's not where it's at folks... You need to do some JAYWALKIN'
So delicious! Lavender honeycomb and dirty Oreo to die for. Can’t wait to go back. Sad I discovered it so late in the summer as the ice cream is only seasonal.
This place is great! (Can you still be great and "only" 4 stars? Only withholding a star bc it wasn't the best ever...) Between our group we got two shave(d) ice, an ice cream cookie, and a Dole whip, and they were all awesome. Lots of other great flavors and combos we wanted to try, we'll have to come back. Btw, the place is NOT closed, but they are only open seasonally. I can't remember what the sign on the door said, but it did indicate they close (and the storefront becomes something else) in the off-season (winter).

I loved this cute place. Good Dolewhip is hard to come by. You have to try their Dolewhip floats! They have icecream, gelato, sorbet, and shaved ice as well. Great place for the family. I definitely reccomend coming here if you're looking for some good icecream- which does not have eggs in it. It is delicious and the service is great.
