Very nice people... at the front desk, a sign said she was running 5 minutes late, than I turned around and it had changed to 20 minutes plus... Both Charlie and the Dr. Were very nice. Except, I felt the doctor and her staff were in a very big HURRY! I checked in early, and still waited over a half hour. I never got to finish telling the doctor what I needed... It's now two days later, everything she ( the doctor) did looks good, no problems. I would have cancelled the appointment if I had known that it was that busy. I have never cared for being rush through anything! I spent my life in Advertising, you make mistakes when your in a hurry.
Pretty good. Stephanie listened and gave suggestions on remedies for red bumps and itching I had issues with recently, in case I had new flare ups. I was treated for minor skin issues while in the office. I wasn't able to finish asking for alternative allergy med suggestions. I tried to explain what I had taken previously had made me feel sick. I realized she needed to get to the next appointment however.
Dr. Frisch was lovely! She was very attentive, thorough, and explained things very well! I was very comfortable with her, and have already recommended my sister make an appointment with her.
My annual dermatology exam went well. I was relieved to find the scab and bump on my head was not a typical cancer item. Dr Frisch has always done a good job and I am grateful to have her as my Dermatologist.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wait time to see the doctor was reasonable. Felt just a little rushed but the exam seemed thorough and all my questions were answered.
