Chick-fil-A always does a great job. I had the spicy chicken deluxe. It was delicious lots of seating, even went busy in the food court.

I've eaten a bunch of Chick-fil-A over the years, minus on Sundays of course, but this is by far the best looking Chick-fil-A Delux with pepper jack I have ever seen!!
I accidentally left my debit card in the card terminal and luckily a patron gave it to the employees at the restaurant. Employees Blessing and Griffin were so incredibly helpful and nice at tracking down my card and were so reassuring they had it and had remembered me since I was helping a friend at the other register and got distracted and that’s why I didn’t take my card out. Thank you for employing upstanding and honest employees like Blessing and Griffin as I didn’t have any additional charges to my bank account and I safely got my card back!

I love this place, I now eat here all the time!! The employees are so nice and caring. The food is made fast, and I never have to wait for long!
It was Chick-fil-A, so of course I didn't get photos of the food before we woofed it down. Everything was done perfectly. The kid who made my cone made it like the advertisements. He's an artiste. Everybody was hurrying to keep up with the lunch rush so tbh there wasn't a line at ordering, and really not much wait for the food. They had more staff than I've ever seen at a food court restaurant, which was great for customers. And what a view from the tables.
I read on the CFA website that they had a drive thru. I was skeptical thinking how they would have a drive thru when it is a food court location. So I ordered on the app for curbside thinking that was more likely to be accurate. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they do in fact have a drive thru. The drive thru line is on Regent St. (the same street by The Cheesecake Factory). The whole process was fantastic and is definitely a game-changer. Which might also not be a good thing since I work downtown and love CFA.

The staff is always super friendly, and they are able to handle huge quantities of people and get them their orders quickly. The food is always amazing, and the owner is an incredible guy!
If you’ve been to multiple Chick-fil-A locations, you’ll know that the general experience is better than most fast food places, they’ve done a good job at training nationwide so the employees are friendly, but this location is one of the best I’ve seen.
Of all the places to eat at city Creek Center, this is our favorite.
This is truly gods chicken, which god well that's for you to decide but all of them have blessed this wonderful food and if you ever visit city creek you must partake!!!🐥🐤🐣🐔🍗🐓
