The service is outstanding. We had a party of 16 adults and many children, and the waitress was so understanding and able to accommodate all our needs. We got seated in privaty party area. Brunch was spectacular with eggsitaliano, pizzas, burgers, soups, omelete, etc. I hope to come back another time when the weather permits for patio sitting.
The brunch here is always amazing! These pancakes were the best! Really inexpensive brunch menu, especially for how fancy and yummy it is! The staff is always amazing! Such great service. The drinks are great too. This is a must hit spot for brunch in salt lake!
We have always really enjoyed this restaurant. Our experience today was really amazing. Our server this evening was Sommer. She was attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful. This is a beautiful, modern style restaurant and a fun atmosphere overall. And of course, very yummy food and great desserts!
I was staying at a nearby hotel and just limited my Yelp search to a pretty tight area and stumbled onto this gem. I got Mary's Chicken. The presentation was good, but the flavors in the broth and the chicken piece were outstanding. I live in an area with a lot of James Beard nominees and winners and yet I find myself lying awake at night thinking about my meal in SLC (Cottonwood) at Trio!
Best burger I've had in a long time! I ordered my food to go so I can't say much for the service inside but I will say that the ladies who took my order were very friendly and welcoming. The mixed greens side salad that came with my burger was also very tasty.
Tasty sandwiches! Came here for lunch and it was great. Fast service and tasty food. That house made focaccia was really good! Would come again!
Flavor could’ve been bolder on the entrees, but the seating environment was super cute!
The food is good, but this dark chocolate pudding for dessert is off the hook. Go get it now.

Awesome place!!!! 4:00pm on saturday the place is empty so the service is great. We ordered the flat iron steak and it was amazing. Bloody Mary's here are fantastic as well, a nice spicy blend. Jack was a great server and our time here was well spent definitely will return.
