So far, this has been the best Greek food I’ve tried; the gyros are well served, and the place does not look great.
I love the food. Great food and staff. Please install a bathroom door lock though. The bathroom is located behind the building on the outside. Very much like an old gas station type setup. My only problem with this is that it is just a toilet & sink & there's no lock on the door at all. It's just a regular doorknob. I feel that that could be a potential safety & privacy issue. Parents beware.
Great food! The Greek street fries were amazing and I'm already craving them again. I had the chicken souvlaki pita, which was also really good. The food was really filling. Place was busy but food was prepared pretty quickly, considering, and we were told while ordering it would be a few minutes. Service was good. Can't wait to come back.
GREEK! IMO, SLC has had the best greek food around; coast to coast, North to South - I love it..!
Our local market preium spots (f. f.) has become a tough find though.
UPTOWN RESTORED ME! Great cobobs & rings, cooked with finest (correct) seasoning, cooked, kept warm so the bites were soft whiling having a slightly firm texture, rings were large also with correct battering + seasoning!
Soda was also fine, though I had to drop a point due to lack of a PITA BREAD piece. Everything was so excellent that the missing bread wasn't noticed early on, too busy enjoying the smells + taste - it wasn't till completed & stuffed that I realized a lack of pita issue.
This location has been around forever & always excellent, though the desperation for great Greek drove me (small pun) uptown.
Great relief that not all of the good old Greek traditions haven't died out.

Nice greek food place, the amount of food that we got for what we paid was fair, not cheap nor expensive and the people there were way nice to us. the reason why I gave this place 4 starts instead of five is because of the rice. it was kind of salty and way too oily, besides that food was on point. I would go there again I must say 👌 pita and fries are now defined on my top 10 😇
I have been eating at the store for over 40 years the quality is always the same and the food is spectacular. I even drive 30 miles to go eat there when I get a chance.
Have been coming to this place for years. Always a great meal! Decided to pop in for a gyro with white sauce and fries. Service was friendly and prompt and the food was delicious. A gyro will keep you full. Price is pretty good for what you get!
We were just arriving from out of town and craved Greek food. Google sent us here. The food was awesome. The service was even better. This place was hopping. There must have been ten delivery folks coming in while we ate. There was also a constant line at the register. Even so we got our food fast. The gyro pita was grilled, which was new to me. Gave it a crispy and flavorful outside. The onions are diced so they spread well through the sandwich. Tons of meat.
We have been eating here for years.
They have the best Greek food around. The pork Souvlaki is delicious.
My favorite is the Gyro with the red sauce.
We drive over an hour to come to this place specifically. Best Greek food in the state, hands down. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hope they are around for another 50 years!
