Simply, Wow! The food here is amazing! The staff was super nice and acted professional. I had the nachos this time and next time I pass through this airport I will patronize this establishment again.
This is a great location! The workers here are very friendly and service is really great! Their nachos were wonderful and we also got a salad. Whatever Café Rio you go to the food quality is pretty similar so I think the most important part is the quality of the building end of the employees. I would give this one a 10/10
I do hate when they are cooking fresh tortillas right in front of you then pull the one for your burrito out of a plastic bag that who knows how long its been sitting there. What's better than a fresh tortilla... not a two day old soggy one.
Other than that it's always pretty good.
Always a clean restaurant with the best food of any of the Salt Lake area Cafe Rios. A regular place for us to dine when we are in town

The Best Chicken Salad I've Ever Had!!

We've come to 'Rio' since it opened at the old location ... more than a decade.
For some 'unknown' reason my Chicken Salad was SO excellent today!
I don't know if there's new management or what, but WOW, it's perfect!
The bottom of the tin is actually 'dry' so that I can enjoy a crisp tortilla, the lettuce is fresh and well chopped, fresh chunks of chicken, pico, cilantro, chips, dressing is perfect spice, everything is just perfect!! Thank you, thank you!!
