This was our first visit, and considering it was a busy Valentine's Day, Harbor Seafood & Steak Co. still pulled off a flawless dining experience. The food combinations were immaculately prepared and flavorful. Each bite was bliss and the service was courteous and timely.
I've never had a steak that didn't taste okay with any kind of steak sauce--until now. The steak at Harbor Seafood & Steak Co. was the best I've ever had all by itself. Pairing it with the grilled cauliflower and pistachios only made it better. And the strawberry and rose cheesecake was a surprising flavor that blew me away.
Definitely a 'must have' dining experience.
One of the best dining experiences I have had in years. From the calabrese salad to the wagyu steak with asparagus and blue cheese gratin to the orange and strawberry cheesecake, everything was 5 star as was the service.
At first glance, the establishment looks like nothing special. However, upon entering, we were immediately greeted by staff. As we were seated we were introduced to our server who was a great conversationalist and helped us with our food and drink choices throughout the dinner. He was also our bartender. He was knowledgeable on the menu and really courteous. Shout out to the homie luis for his immaculate waiting. Never did my glass of water reach empty nor a finished plate stay in view long. Great staff 5+ easy! The food was amazing as well, we went the full ten yards with app, entree, and dessert. It's kind of pricey, but worth it for to treat yourself or someone special to a meal worth remembering. Great job
Food was great! .. as was service. Prices however, not so much. Crab bisque soup was phenomenal 😋! Other photos included below are pear salad, snapper, and halibut entrées.
Everything we got was insanely good. All the vegetable sides were even noteworthy. Very very pricey. But when celebrating an anniversary or birthday this is a recommendation I always feel good about giving.
This place is amazing the food is always good. Travis was our server and was super nice and definitely told us all about the menu and what he would recommend. They know how to cook steak perfectly and scallops were so buttery and tasty.
I am visiting from Memphis . Back home I’m a general manager of a restaurant. Let me tell you this was probably the best meal I’ve had in my life! My server Colby was the very best. From the minute he came to the table. He made the best recommendations. We had the calamari and egg roll appetizers. They were wonderful. The star of the show was the drinks. I had the holy roller and 86’d. They were amazing!! The bartender was amazing. For entrees we had a ribeye and halibut. Steak melted in my husband’s mouth. The temp was a perfect medium. My halibut was so good. I had the herb butter and a side of citrus butter. AMAZING! The carrots were wonderful. The au gratin was the best I’ve had in my life! The creme brûlée pound cake was amazing!! I would literally fly out just to have this meal again. This was the highlight of my trip. Thank you for such a wonderful evening. The outside seating was great. I have no complaints at all.
My husband and I went here for our 3 year wedding anniversary. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The place is small but it's lovely. The playlist was super fun and the overall atmosphere was cozy and inviting. When the waiter found out it was our anniversary, they comped our dessert. My only complaint was that I ordered my steak medium well and it was quite on the rare side. The cost was also quite high. Nevertheless, when we have another special occasion, we will be back.
What a cute place! Stopped in for dinner at Harbor and was charmed at how cozy and cute the atmosphere was in addition to attentive service.
The egg roll appetizer was a unique offering for a steak house; but so good! The sauce made them even better :-).
My only complaint is on the quality of the steak. I ordered the larger filet and must have gotten a bad cut. The steak was fatty, soft, and in a way gooey? I should have said something, but you know those times you keep eating it hoping it will get better? Well unfortunately it did not but that's on me!
Had an amazing experience here. We had a large party of over 25 people and all of us raved about the service, attention to detail and of course the food. The staff is amazing. Could not think of one thing that wasn’t great. Big thank you to Travis, Darius, Hayden, Randy, and everyone else there! We will be back again and again

I had never dinned here before & in looking at photos of the "Atmosphere" I thought it may not be very "fancy" but I was wrong! There isn't much seating & it is open, but it is warm & comfortable & all of the staff just make it feel so welcoming! On of the best nights out I have had & would definitely recommend!!!

I visited Harbor Seafood after my coworker strongly recommended it. Being new to SLC, I just had no idea of the nicer restaurants to visit. I was more than pleased with my experience! Randy was my waiter and I don't know if it is possible to be more accommodating. My meal started with spinach & asiago dip which was large and delicious! I had 2 cocktails with dinner. 1st a rye Manhattan and 2nd the trouble maker. Both were delicious but the desert cocktail was White light was next level for me! Just delicious plain and simple! For my dinner entree, korean short ribs with spicy corn and shredded brussel sprouts. Delicious and a nice serving size. My dessert was something I've never heard of but definitely loved, Creme brulee pound cake, Oh My God! This was seriously wonderful! I have to thank Darius for the recommendation and Randy for the service beyond compare! If you enjoy Wagyu beef and exceptional quality food and care, Treat yourself!!
Firstly, I understand that everything is not for everyone. If you understand quality then you will understand value for your money. Its the value in a casual, food and cocktail elevated experience. Quality costs. This isn't a cheap place but the value is there!
