We had a beautiful meal. Each course was visually lovely and tasted just as good as it looked. The wait staff at both the bar and our table were exceptionally attentive and very friendly. We loved the outdoor patio setting and will definitely return often.

Wonderful restaurant. Beautiful patio that makes you feel like your on vacation. I had the best Halibut I've had in years. The lava salt butter with bread is great too.

**Update: I've returned here since my initial review and every visit has been excellent. Definitely a must try in Midtown! Really really impressed. Mind you I came here for the Valentines Day dinner, so my experience is a little different but I definitely plan to return. Gluten free accommodations were off the hook! So many options I felt like I had no limits. The food- incredibly thoughtful. Not sweet, and for me just right given that it was a 4 course meal. Portions were actually very good, by the end I was stuffed. The patio area is absolutely beautiful and one of the shining gems of this restaurant, we sat just near the glass because it was cold and we were staring out at it all night! Indoor is beautiful as well. The service was top notch. I have no real complaints here, it’s a little pricey but I knew this walking in. Loved every minute and it felt like an experience.

Super cute brunch spot located near the end of Midtown. If the weather is permitting, I highly recommend sitting outside as its tucked away in back garden area that is very peaceful and relaxing. It makes you forget you’re even in Midtown! Their brunch food is amazing and they have a great selection of options for both vegetarians and meat eaters. If you fancy a brunch drink, they have an assortment of mixed drinks and wines. The staff here are super friendly and attentive. The service was top notch too.

We came here for brunch and had a very enjoyable meal. The dining area is really relaxing and not at all loud. The food is very tasty as are the cocktails. We will be back!

Great ambience and good service. The food is quality but not creative. I expected more. We came here for brunch and had the bloody Mary, salmon and avocado Benedict and green Chile omelette. The bloody Mary was too strong both from a flavor and alcohol perspective. The salmon and avocado Benedict was good but forgettable. The omelette was fluffy and well made. Let the chef take some risks. A place like this deserves a few signature dishes.

Legendary outdoor area that I’m going to call one of the best in Northern California, let alone Sacramento. This is what other restaurants try to be when they say “industrial chic”. Incredible water features, tasteful noise dampening on the roof, heating for when it’s cold and fans for when it’s hot… and keeping the rest of the restaurant open to this exterior patio in the back means the whole place is MUCH more COVID safe, which is brilliant design, so even if you’re indoors you’re much safer here than many spots! Food was a delight and priced well for the quality. Flavors all felt purposeful and well considered, although I would say nothing stood out as mind blowing or exceptional - save the decor. Again, spectacular there. The menu had a fair number of options and portions were generous without being overbearing, which I like to see. Don’t give people more than they’ll eat and you reduce food waste and save everyone energy / money. You’d need to bring a party of 10 to try everything on offer here. Starting bread and butter is a treat but so is the grilled bread appetizer - it’s got a sweet note from grapes which you may not expect in the dish but do elevate it. Mussels could have had a stronger flavor but were cooked well. Would look to include more potent oils or salts in this dish, potentially a drier/brighter white wine for accent. A few peppers found their way into the sauce as well but weren’t giving any of their flavor to it. Heirloom tomatoes were decadent, as was the burrata cheese. For sure worth getting if you like these flavors. The team knows how to pick a good tomato that’s for sure. Entrees were each interesting and chicken was cooked perfectly, but probably highlight among them was the salmon. Really tender. Good flavor combinations at play. Portioning on the pasta could have been more generous or at least included other elements more. Feels like they’re too small to sit alongside other large entrees on the menu as they do. Dessert I’d say was strong, although the chocolate sundae suffers from weak random plating, the flavor is great. The almond / fig cake is what you should be eyeing. A good deployment of fig with balanced sweet and savory notes. Plates and silverware were of good quality, glasses were pretty standard. A full carafe of water was always available for us which was great. Service was super friendly and didn’t linger. Was fairly busy during our stay but we never felt ignored. High level of attention to kitchen and good food presentation for sure. You can also tell them to switch order of appearance around for various items or make things come out together and they’ll do it for you, which is really nice. The cook temperatures and finished textures of everything were splendid, without exception. From appetizers to food to strong drinks, there wasn’t a weak note in the whole ordeal. That nothing knocked socks off is not a negative, it just means everything was on equal footing for being quite good. It’s also a local seasonal / sustainable menu which grants big points from my crew. This was our second time dining here and we would 1000% return. One of Sacramento’s very best. And my goodness the outdoors, really really a special place. **(Sorry for the photo order and any duplicates, google is doing that thing where it doesn’t upload some and copies others)

I stopped by with a colleague after work. We sat in a cool atrium seating area in the back and the service was good. The steak was really good. The bar was large and inviting. The table area was quite enough to have a conversation but lively enough to feel you're with a croud.

A fantastic place to dine. The food is excellent. However, the choices are few. The drinks are good and the wine list is decent. Service is a bit slow. The atmosphere is divine.

We were there last evening celebrating a dear friend's birthday. Food and drinks are consistently excellent at Paragary's. The inside is nicely decorated, but its their patio that is the place to be. Unfortunately we weren't able to sit outside due to the rain. Everyone (we had 5 people in our party) was part of the clean plate club. Definitely recommend getting a reservation here.
