I can not even put into words how much I love Rubinos....walking into the store the aromas from the cheeses, pizza, cookies, bread just hit all of the senses. My mouth starts watering for the fine Italian foods.
First stop is the sausage counter, where you will fined many varieties of sausage...don't hesitate to also try the chicken sausages you won't be sorry. Next up the meat counter their Denver roast is my all time favorite to make a pot roast or barbecue beef. On to the cheese and cold cuts-yet to find a cold cut we didn't enjoy. Olives ,salad and side dishes are available in the next counter. I love browsing their center reach ins for prepackaged foods....please try one of their steaks you won't be sorry, the flavor is incredible.
Desserts, cookies and Gelato are up next...how can you resisting you than you are braver than myself. I haven't even spoke about the interior of the store, but browse you will enjoy.
Try their pizza, subs to round off your visit.

I visited Rubino's for the first time this past Saturday as I was in Rochester for a show at the Auditorium and let me just say that they did not disappoint! From the sights of the high quality meat selection, the smell of fresh bread and provolone, I was drooling! A little piece of the good old days and made me think of the days my grandparents were alive. I will be making the 2.5 hour drive much more frequently having found this gem!
Places like this are becoming hard to come by for Italian Americans and should not be taken for granted. This place reminds me of when i was a kid. As a Buffalo native, we have lost a majority or our Italian grocery store. This place has it all. Excellent selection of cheeses and cold cuts. I also was impressed with there panettone selections. Definitely a must for italian food culture seekers.
A true Italian deli that's been around for decades. Everything you'd expect. Their subs are phenomenal.
This place has fresh hot food, fresh cheese, fresh meats and hot out of the oven bread! Every section of this store is phenomenal and much more than I was expecting.
This is also a local chain. Feels good to support local owners.
I had a very hard time choosing from of of their many sweet treats to enjoy as well. I wish we had a Rubino’s closer to where I live! This place is amazing and try to go every time I’m in Rochester.
Meat, cheese department always excel in quality and choices. Prices are very good especially with the great quality exceeds local grocery stores. Numerous wonderful choices also throughout the store. You will see the owner 99% of time when visit... always very friendly, professional and usually working and attentive. BEST STORE IN THE CITY 😊👍

The cheese/deli/butcher sections are truly impressive. Everything looks amazing, and nicely presented.
Tried the Janice Special sandwich and it was delicious. The beef was tender, the bread was fresh, and the sauce was delicious.
Make sure you get lots of napkins because it gets messy.
Also tried the mini cannolis. They were very tasty, but the shell wasn’t crunchy.

I have been raving about Rubino’s for years after discovering the store by mistake- while in town from Cleveland. I took a recent trip with my mom and sister, in which they also agreed that Rubino’s is amazing. Stopped in every department, but the sausage was by far everyone’s favorite…and the cannoli’s, of course were delicious! My families expectations were high and the store Definitely lived up to the hype. I mention this place to everyone, in case anyone ever takes a trip to the area. It’s always worth the 3+ hour drive! Very friendly staff as well and the store was very clean! Can’t wait to return
Anything, everything about Rubinos we love. Stuffed mushroom casinos are very good, moist, juicy, and tasty. My wife always gets her meats for sauce at Rubinos. Always top-notch quality and service. Staff is always friendly, happy, and willing to help. Bravo Rubinos. I could list a host of products we buy here, and I say all very pleasing, no issues.
Amazing food, friendly faces, great prices.
I went there for a breakfast sandwich and was not let down at all. Ended up getting a Delmonico steak and egg garbage plate wrap, and it was delicious! For $7 I got a quite sizeable wheat wrap filled with steak, eggs, cheese, Mac salad, onions, peppers, and I'm guessing a little meat sauce because it was a bit spicy (perfectly). I was starving before and quite full after. I skipped lunch because this filled me up so much. I'd go back without a second thought the next time I'm ready for another hearty sandwich like that.
I've been there for lunch too, and their subs are great. The women behind the counter are happy to help with a smile and make the food quickly. Definitely recommend.
Steak sub was the best I have had in the area, the young man Tommy who helped me was respectful and helping whilst making my choices for toppings. Overall great experience, the classic Italian cuisine is amazing.
Absolutely love visiting when in town. We brought home 3 huge bags of goodies, and was helped by Bev, Mia and Bella, the sweetest ladies ever ❤️
