Chipotle Mexican Grill

This Chipotle can be great or can be average. Last time it was average, the soda machine was flat (no co2), and we weren't told that until AFTER we paid... pretty annoying as we had to wait for the manager to credit us. Often times there are lines here and sometimes it's a quick process but sometimes it's just a process

I visit Chipotle quite often. Probably several times a week arlt various locations. It's probably a minor addiction. In any event, I've seen and tasted my fair share of Chipotle and I would argue that this is one of the top two best locations in Rochester for several reasons. A sufficient number of staff is put forward to deal with the massive line that normally develops, the chips are almost always fresh, the stations are pretty clean, and the staff is normally fairly kind and welcoming. Things to be careful for: as with any of my experiences with Chipotle, I never order online as I have never been to a Chipotle that gives as large a portion for pick up as when you watch them make it. Most importantly, Chipotle as a whole has been getting wildly expensive, so I recommend skipping the extra meat or Guac unless you want to pay an astronomical amount. Use the app and use their free double coupon if you want double. Overall- This Chipotle is consistent, which is personally worth its weight in gold compared to others like Mt.Hope.

Employees here are Awesome. One girl came into start her shift and there is was a line of 10-12 takeout customer's. I presume something online messed up and too many orders were received for the same time slot. The employee hurried to the back and was back and forth handing out orders and likely making them too. Simultaneously there were in house customers that other employees were serving. Yes we had to wait, but, this was an error they couldn't help. Employees had every sorted in under 15 minutes and my food was hot and delicious. They did a stellar job in an unusual high-pressure situation and during dinner rush, too!

ASIA rocks! I haven’t seen such customer service in a long time. My daughter wanted seconds on her rice and beans and it was already 10 minutes to close. When i went to order it, they did not have any seasoned brown rice. So Asia quickly seasoned some ESPECIALLY for my daughter so she could have some. It would’ve been completely easy and even acceptable for her to be like “sorry, we are out of the brown rice”. But this woman scrambled so fast and made the rice for my daughter. She was AWESOME. Great asset to your team Chipotle! The other girl with glasses on the register was also super sweet. I forgot to ask her her name! I was there just now (9/3 @ 3:45pm)
