Placed a mobile order for pickup. Showed up at the time directed by the order to pickup all 3 sandwiches. When I walked in the two people working behind the counter were serving 2 other guest and my order was not ready. The lady working then told me that she "wasn't supposed to" complete mobile orders after closing. An order I made prior to closing.
It was obvious they were just trying to leave as fast as possible and ignored my mobile order for 4 people to serve the 2 in person customers. They then canceled my order 5 minutes after leaving. Horrible customer service! Also.. apparently they close at 5pm every Sunday.

Everytime I go to this location it's either closed early or the toaster is not working. I arrived at 5:15pm on a Saturday... you're seriously not open?? Completely useless, if only we had a better place here instead of a Subway! 🤮
EDIT: 1 week later, toaster is STILL not working! Guess they don't want to make money 🤷

Food line was very dirty. Watched the crew mess with the menu board and not change there gloves, neither ladies wore hair nets or anything to hold back their hair. I'm surprised I only found one hair wrapped with the sandwich. The sandwich itself was the messiest sandwich i have ever had. Toppins were unevenly distributed and they put so much mayo it's soaked the whole sandwich. This crew obviously needs more training.

Today's date is 9/24/21 at 6:07 pm I've called the Ridgefield location 4 times and each time let it ring 3 min at least until someone finally answered. The lady on the other wasn't helpful to begin with. I was ordering on doordash and couldn't find an option for gluten free for my wife. I asked the lady if she could substitute a footlong for a gluten free she said no I'd have to come in. I asked if there's any other way she could help me she said no. After getting off the phone I thought to myself why wouldn't she just ask if I'd like to order it over the phone and pick it up. I proceeded to call multiple more times no answer no answer no answer I give up.

I think his name was Jerard. Spelled different though I think. I go to subway all the time. Rarely this one though. I had to make a review. He was very nice and actually seemed like he cared about what we wanted. Now the BIG reason. BEST Veggie Delight I've ever had. I've had alot. I don't know what he did maybe put toppings on in a better order. I don't know. Now I don't know if I'll go to another. If he's not there I'm leaving. Again BEST Sandwich. Also great customer service. My husband agrees also.

Ordered 5 sandwiches... Two streak and cheese. One was completely cold and not the cheese i ordered when I customised. Also, my chicken wrap was also completely cold and thrown together. All the meat was in one end and veggies at the other.. Very disappointed.
