El Rancho Viejo - Ridgefield

I would definitely come again. The food was really good and the staff were friendly. The only issue I had was that no more than 10 mins after our plate hit the table did the server come out and ask if we wanted a to-go box and give us the check. I wish they had waited until we were almost done eating. It made us feel a certain way. But overall was a good experience.

This is a sister location to the one in Le Center. The one here does not have the same food quality or service that the other one does. Well I have been here a few times I prefer to go to their other location. They serve traditional Mexican fare like you will find at many other Mexican restaurants. Their Frijoles are pretty good as are there fajitas and enchiladas.

Warm tortilla chips,tasty salsa and excellent service with some of the better Mexican food in Clark county. Definitely going back to try again. We both had the enchiladas one was ground beef with a tamale, and mine was the shredded beef which was moist,tender and delicious and had a tostada with it. And the side of guacamole was huge.

I have never written a review before but this was by far one of the worse meals I have ever had to pay for. We decided to go to el Rancho for dinner and unfortunately the food was terrible. I ordered cheese enchiladas with rice and beans. The cheese inside the enchiladas was not melted and still cold. The rice had no flavor and there was a hair in my beans. My husband ordered the fajitas and the vegetables were hardly cooked and the overall taste was just bland and he also found a hair in his food as well. However the staff was very friendly. This would be the third time we have gone there and been disappointed which so sad because it used to be amazing!

We were in Ridgefield yesterday and decided to give El Racho a try based on its reviews. Sadly, we were disappointed. We got Take Out since our dog was with us and it is still to cold to eat outside. I got chicken fajitas and there were only 2 pieces of green pepper, the chicken was bland even though I could see the seasoning & no guacamole, sour cream or salsa. My husband said his meal wasn't that great & not worth the price. It was mid-afternoon and both of our refried beans & rice tasted like they'd been sitting in the warming pan since lunch (pastelike beans & dry, crunchy rice).
