Ordered a iced caramel latte, got one that tasted and looked like cream with sugar. I kindly asked for more “coffee” inside my iced coffee, and rude ish lady said that’s how the latte is made, that’s it and turned around going about her day. I tossed in trash, ordered and paid for an iced coffee. I asked for cream for the iced coffee and same lady said “well we didn’t put it because you didn’t ask for I, next time ask for it when ordering.” I mean, really? Customer service and kindness’s goes a long way. I ended up spending $14 in two drinks and one piece of bread, and wasn’t happy about it at the end. If I went to the bodega around the corner and paid for a $2 coffee I would probably be treated with more respect.

If you are looking to go into this Starbucks I would highly find another one because it decided to not let anyone inside regardless of you are vaccinated or not. It sad too because it was my go to place to hang out while waiting for my sons sports training. Plus I found the manager condescending when I asked if we were not allowed to enter to order. I never know what I want to eat because Starbucks can be out everything you want at 4:30pm.

I have been going to this Starbucks for years and I never had a problem with them but the past few times I have waited in a line for at least 30-40 minutes for my coffee. Today I even heard a worker say I need to make myself a drink then proceed to pour a cup of tea while there were at least 10 people waiting in line. I watched customers who paid for a drink walk out without one because of how long it took. I am not sure if it is new management or what is going on back there, because there are certainly enough staff members working. I will not be returning to this Starbucks until I hear of a change.

I come here all the time, they’re very short staffed and busy. I’m always patient. Today I heard a trainee ask the manager how to make my drink and the manager said “some people are dumb and don’t know how to read.” Not very nice.. (my drink wasn’t made right)

A lady working was very rude to the man next to me who was asking about his order. She wouldn’t give him the time of day and the attitude was unbelievable. When I went to get my drink they told me I couldn’t stand in a section “in front of the pole.” Work can be stressful, however the rudeness and attitude wasn’t necessary.

Lady who took order was kind, but one man with poorly dyed hair yelled at my daughter for getting a straw for one of her drinks. He claimed it was closed off, it very poorly was, and was giving her attitude when she clearly didn’t know she couldn’t get a straw. the confrontation my daughter had with this man was horrific and disrespectful i will not be coming back if he works there
