It's 5 stars for the food alone but both the indoor dining area, as well as the covered outdoor seating add a touch of relaxation to the entire experience.

First time at gallo for my bday celebration. Service was great! Our waitress was attentive but not over. The appetizer we ordered were, kale salad (great with just enough lemon dressing and pears); polio (the grilled octopus with yukon potato puree, the puree was delicious, perfect match with the grill octopus); and the special of the day halibut in some delicious puree. It was so good I forgot the name of the dish.. For entree we ordered spaghetti and risotto. Wow! The spaghetti was tossed in a wheel of parmigiano reggiano table side. It was cheesy but not over. It was just right. Pasta was cook perfectly. Risotto was to die for. Seafood was in good size to go with each bite of risotto. Top with the crispy prosciutto, just a perfect match! The restaurant was upscale. Friendly staff. Declious and fresh food. Highly recommended!
