Texas Roadhouse

I really enjoyed the service here, our waitress was Carrie and she was a sweetheart! She took interest in us and gave a wonderful conversation while dining us. She was very alert and friendly. The food was delicious!! Came out hot and ready! I usually go to Texas Roadhouse in Lexington but since I recently moved here to Richmond I decided to finally try this one out. And they succeeded my expectations with wonderful service and delicious food that filled me and my family up! I'm looking forward to coming back here very soon. I will also be spreading the word of how wonderful this restaurant is. Thanks for a great evening!

OK so it's not a 5 star in the manner of being white glove, but it's certainly a top notch location for the chain. Come for the staff, stay for the food. I already started demolishing these fall of the bone beauties before deciding to take a photo. A+ on the service. Above average for food quality associated with the brand. Edit / reply since I can't reply directly. Not sure what you mean by letting you know how to improve? It's great, it's not supposed to be white glove. This place is fantastic and I said above average for the brand, as in better than most other locations I've visited. I gave it 5 stars, thats the highest rating you can get here...

The manager visits all the tables as they get the chance to check on their customers which was nice. Monday is kids night, so we got my son's meal for free (awesome!!). They also had an Armadillo (pics) for the kids to meet and take pictures with. The food was hot and filling and didn't take to long to get to the table.

Overall experience was good. Restaurant was absolutely packed for a Sunday at 4. Was told it would be a 20-30 minute wait, ended up seated in just over 15 (+1 star). Got to our table and our waitress took our drink orders right away. She was very nice and quick with drinks. We asked if we could get rolls and she said it'd be a while since there weren't any up (-2 stars). Ended up ordering appetizers, ordering our entrees and finishing the appetizers before rolls got delivered. I ordered a prime rib medium rare and got EXACTLY what I wanted. The meat was cooked perfectly, but there was little seasoning applied. Fortunately the onions and mushrooms I got with it added to the flavor! Waitress was prompt with the checks when we asked (could see it was busy so wanted to clear out so she could get another table in). She was even courteous when the one person at our table used a gift card and had to ask a question about her receipt. Overall 4/5, would go back, just at a less busy time.

Got a takeout order from here while staying in Richmond. I placed an order through the app and picked up curbside. I had to wait a little while for my food but it was worth it. The server that brought the food out was very nice. When I got back to the hotel my food was still piping hot. I got the beef tips and rice with mushrooms. It was delicious. This location is everything I've come to expect from Texas Roadhouse.

Rolls great. Server Austin was awesome. What holds it back is the length of time from order to food. There were 4 of us for lunch around 1 on a Saturday. They didn't seem too busy. Placed order for 3 grilled chicken salad and a portobello mushrooms grilled chicken. It took 45 minutes from order placement to it being served. The food was hot so don't think it was just sitting there.

Had Seth has my server. Food was excellent as always but what will keep me coming back was the service. Seth was a very attentive and pleasant guy. My drink was never empty and he even noticed little things most servers wouldn't. He saw me soaking up the juice from my steak with the steak and suggested a sauce I never knew Roadhouse had. Now a regular here because of this server. Well done Seth!
