I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but I just have to on this Chick-fil-a. I come here often and nearly every time I do, it’s a total zoo, and for good reason. The food is great and the service is top notch every single time. Despite the crowds, the employees work so hard and with outstanding attitudes. Really outstanding. Anyone who has worked with the public understands that that’s not easy, especially when things are particularly busy! I post this hoping that management and the owner(s) of this particular restaurant see this and see another review complimenting the awesome job their employees do each day.
I love Chick-fil-A more every time I go. No one does quality and friendliness any better. And it's the small things that matter - I ordered my sandwich without lettuce and they actually deducted $0.15 from my total. Thank you Chick-fil-A for always providing high quality, quick service, and the best customer service.
Normally we have no issues with Chick-fil-A and was excited to get food after driving 7 hours from Michigan. Staff was friendly like usual and took our order with no problem. We got our food and got to the hotel only to discovered there was an issue with our order. I called immediately but realized they would be closing in 15 minutes. They lady acknowledge that I had an issue and said normally I would have to go back to get the correct items but since they were closing they would apply a credit on the app or mail me vouchers. Almost 3 weeks later and still nothing which means I need to call again.
Quick service despite how busy they were. Excellent food. Friendly staff. We will be back!
Always have great food and great, fast, well prepared service, love the staff. Just a great place for family's to eat. Wish they were open on Sundays though
Peach shake was really good! Sandwiches were on point as well! Will be back. Only drawback is if you go inside you have to play Frogger past 2 drive threw lanes.
