The wait time at this location is about double that of other locations. I was actually quite surprised as I think it may have been the longest I’ve been in line at a Chick Fil A.
The staff was over the top kind and helpful! Certainly made up for any minor inconvenience in waiting.
Good was incredible as always!
This particular location has a poorly laid out drive thru. Adding a barrier between the window lane and wrap around lam might help it make more sense.

I usually have great experiences here, but unfortunately today I found a hair in my salad. I understand that accidents happen but unfortunately this definitely kills your appetite!

Normally we have no issues with Chick-fil-A and was excited to get food after driving 7 hours from Michigan. Staff was friendly like usual and took our order with no problem. We got our food and got to the hotel only to discovered there was an issue with our order. I called immediately but realized they would be closing in 15 minutes. They lady acknowledge that I had an issue and said normally I would have to go back to get the correct items but since they were closing they would apply a credit on the app or mail me vouchers. Almost 3 weeks later and still nothing which means I need to call again.

I would like my fries fresh ot rather well done and can't. Instead I get soft soggy sad fries. I asked for light ice. I must have made the cashier angry since I got extra ice and the oldest grossest fries they had.

I wish I would have taken a picture, waited a couple hours to eat so I could have my Chick-fil-A as we are driving from Tennessee back home to Il. Couldn’t wait to eat it & when we pulled away from the drive thru and on to the interestate I opened my box to find a bun that was almost disintegrated. It was like wet paper towels or something. Just smooshed down to nothing I ended up eating the chicken - but the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth! What the heck happened with the bun?!?!

Peach shake was really good! Sandwiches were on point as well! Will be back. Only drawback is if you go inside you have to play Frogger past 2 drive threw lanes.

I don’t leave a lot of reviews, but I just have to on this Chick-fil-a. I come here often and nearly every time I do, it’s a total zoo, and for good reason. The food is great and the service is top notch every single time. Despite the crowds, the employees work so hard and with outstanding attitudes. Really outstanding. Anyone who has worked with the public understands that that’s not easy, especially when things are particularly busy! I post this hoping that management and the owner(s) of this particular restaurant see this and see another review complimenting the awesome job their employees do each day.

I love Chick-fil-A more every time I go. No one does quality and friendliness any better. And it's the small things that matter - I ordered my sandwich without lettuce and they actually deducted $0.15 from my total. Thank you Chick-fil-A for always providing high quality, quick service, and the best customer service.

OK everyone that knows me knows I am a Chick-fil-A fanatic . I love Chick-fil-A I love Chick-fil-A I love Chick-fil-A! My first love of Chick-fil-A I have to say is the Hamburg Chick-fil-A in Lexington Kentucky those are my babies those young ladies and men are awesome in every way!
But I have to say the Chick-fil-A in Richmond Kentucky right off the interstate they are the second best awesome crew. Their always polite they are always making sure that you get what you need they asked you do you need anything else their own point I don’t live in Richmond I only go to Chick-fil-A when I come to Richmond back-and-forth but they are my second best that crew is awesome I told them so tonight themselves that they are my second best and I would shout them out.

The worst service in Richmond, if you eat here and I recommend you don't make sure you check that you get the right order because they always screw it up! Management and ownership could care less about customer experience! Chic fil-a is a great restaurant unfortunately the one in Rihmond is run by bunch of incompetent people who could care less about quality!!
