They make a pretty solid cup of coffee. They move a bit slow, but that malted mocha with a splash of vanilla was delicious. The hot vanilla white mocha was good too, but a bit too sweet for me.

Sheronda and Stephanie have an amazing attitude. They just served me and I was super impressed with their customer service, kindness, and fun. These ladies need a raise and a hug! Hard to find help these days like this. You go girls! Ciabatta....look, I said it. 🤣❤️

Love this spot! I stopped on my way to the gate to get a plain coffee and ended up getting a frozen Cabin Bar Mocha!! That piece of candy on top was absolutely amazing but the service... priceless! Thank you ladies on Concourse B for making my first experience the best!

My barista Doresha made my day! She was very friendly and helpful. She noticed i was frazzled and took the time to engage in a conversation with me getting me on a better track. Best experience i have had at a Caribou coffee!

Always like their mocha lottes with dark chocolate. It's a treat for me because we do not have one near us. This one is in the airport. Always great coffee.
