I gave a 4 bc it's usually a good experience. Tonight I go in for smokes. There's a long line. 2 cashiers but only 1 is ringing people up. But the customers are her friends & they talk, talk, talk. Finally i get up there. I have mobile coupon for smokes. It took my phone a minute for it to pop up. Cashier acts like I'm wasting her time. She rolled her eyes. She scans & then i tell her I want to put my phone # in for possible discount. She said nothing. I started doing it on credit machine & then I remembered the 1st time I did it ...it was on the customer ring up screen BEHIND the credit machine. I said " oh it's this screen I put it in right?" ..i got no answer. I waited for her to tell me total. Not a peep. I ask for receipt at end & she huffs & gives it to me. 1st I'm disabled- very hard to walk even with crutches. 2nd- I'm short- I can't barely see over the credit machine- so how do I know exactly what to do? I'm not a 7-11 regular customer & they shouldn't EXPECT customers to know how they do things. They should tell customer the final total. If they pay cash they should repeat the amount of $ customer gives to pay. They should tell customer amount of change-if any-& Count it back. The cashier was in a great mood with the couple she was ringing up & talking to- but she puts a frown on when me & my phone wasn't fast enough for her. She should be more professional.

We had their pizza delivered using the app. It wasn't bad being gas station pizza and not too expensive either. We got the meat one. We got a bunch a stuff and their delivery charge wasn't cheap, but the prices of the items seemed about the same as if we went to the store ourselves and didn't seem too much bumped up being that we got it delivered. We also got alcohol which if bought through DoorDash you'd spend almost twice as much for the same item. I do get things at 711 through DoorDash all the time because they don't charge extra if it's on their way back from your other order and you add it on.

The owners call me by my first name they're always polite to me they joke around with me I recently lost my husband and they always ask me if I'm okay they genuinely are concerned they're always nice to me the workers there are nice to me they get me in and out of there there was a product that they didn't carry and they started ordering it in for me they just help me anyway that they can and I've always had a good experience there

Manager and employees are very friendly and helpful. Always greeted as soon as I enter the store. Best 7-11 I have been to in years.

My husband loves their coffee will travel thru a storm , hell & back to find them! Will not settle for McDonalds or Dunkin Donuts. Hes acregular at this place!

This 711store at 9113 Jefferson Davis highway has been under new franchisees since mid july it has changed dramatically fully stocked very clean store and clean bathrooms 24/7, fresh food and fresh coffee great customer service ,our staff is working very hard to cater to our community ,please give us a try thanku

Avoid in the early morning hours. Too many vehicles in the parking lot and people standing around outside. Too many lotto customers hold up the line. Later on in the the day is better.
