Everything from service to food was good and we had a big party the servers worked wonderfully π€
Just had the ultimate bacon burger here. Its one of the best burgers me and my wife have had. Just found our new favorite spot.
I'm a Chili's fan based off or old hometown location and its staff. This location on the campus of VCU was the perfect spot before attending a show at Altria. Park nearby hours before the show, eat and drink until its time. Save LOTS of money over theater prices and park without traffic.
Great for VCU students if you know what to do:
While many VCU students are caught off guard due to having to swipe on the app (you cannot swipe in the store, which makes absolutely no sense), I have grown to really like it. After ordering, food is estimated to be ready 45 minutes after ordering, though I have come in 15 minutes after and gotten ready food before. My only real complaints are about the Get Mobile app- especially how you have no drink options besides soda (I thought VCU wanted to be healthy lol), but it's also just not always reliable). But the food is great, as are all of the employees.
We went at the perfect time and were seated immediately. Food was delicious and the server was very kind. I would have given five stars, but my mother had to get up and ask the server for chips ten minutes or so after we already had received our drinks. The server just seemed really stressed, but after the chips, her service was top notch.
Elijah was GREAT! He was very patient and very attentive. We ordered ALOT...and couldn't make up our minds what we wanted π€¦π½ββοΈ. He's a VCU student. Be sure to tip the students a little extra. Kudos to students going to school AND working β€

Reasonable pricing, good experience, lovely food, and they accept Dining Dollars on the VCU meal plan! Generally the best place for freshmen to go blow some dining dollars for a special occasion. Just try not to go when they seem busy, as I've heard it affects service and food quality. It's worth noting that, due to the nature of the dining plan, the waiters here make some serious cash at the end of each semester in tips. Remember, your dining dollars are void under contract if you don't spend them! Go ahead and tip a good waiter if you don't have anything else to do with them :)
