CICIS pizza first time I tried and I ordered Veggie Pizza it's worth for cost and taste was too good even here buffet is available cost wise worth. Must try
They were so kind to make a zesty veggie pizza for us. They had just opened and there was none on the bar yet. But, much to my disappointment, there were no yummy tomatoes on it. I was first told they don't put them on those anymore. The manager overheard us and said they could make one with tomatoes. I went back to my table and a few minutes later, an employee brought 3 slices to our table with tomatoes. However, they were just fresh grape tomatoes, sliced, from the salad bar stock, and added on top. I appreciate the attempt, but what happened to the yummy, canned tomatoes they used to have on them?
Oh well, we don't have a Cici's near our home anymore, so we were really looking forward to eating at this one. Zesty veggie is our favorite. The manager was very nice and most of the others were, too. All in all, not a bad experience, just a bit disappointed with the changes to the toppings.
Our kids absolutely love y'all's pizza and then we saw an ad about one of your deals; the 2 pizzas and popper deal. We've ordered the two giant pizzas and a dozen poppers, for $14.99, and I have to say, best deal around!!!
Entered the restaurant and was greeted by an awesome person named Sandy! It was a great experience. Any place would do well to have someone like her! The pizza was fresh. Restaurant was clean.

Went to Cicis Pizza to celebrate my nephew's birthday and was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and then we met Eric! I have worked in customer service for over 3 decades and that is always the make or break for me. Eric was fantastic! We had a large chaotic group of 12 but he was so calm and patient while checking us in. While selecting from the buffet he was super attentive to the line making sure food quality and freshness were not compromised as well as maintaining a clean line. In the midst of that he also checked in with each adult to make sure we were good...that is great service! We even had a liquid spill and he was prompt with getting staff to get everything cleaned up and when that was done he checked in to make sure we were good and cleared our table all with a smile on his face! That is above and beyond and that is the key to customer service...attention to detail and anticipating your guests needs! Well done! I am not sure if he was the manager but if not he should be and if he is this manager needs to be a district or regional manager! I NEVER leave comments but his service was definitely next level! I have never eaten there because I made assumptions about the food and service. I was wrong! This Location is doing it right and Eric is awesome!!!!
The pizza is way better than it used to be, great variety and the dessert pizzas are amazing.. if it's not too busy, not too many kids screaming it can be a nice experience
I miss this chain up north in New Jersey (all closed) and traveled down to Richmond by train to have dinner here. Excellent concept
I visited Cici’s on Pi Day for the discounted buffet, my first visit ever. It was chaotic, and I’m extremely impressed with the staff’s ability to keep up with the sheer number of hungry customers. Clean bathrooms, clean tables, drink machine in working order. I would have liked to see stuffed crust options and more desserts, but with the volume of people coming through the door, I understand the priority was getting pizza on the line. I’ll have to visit again to get a custom order!
Had so much fun. Being that it was a National Pi. Day. The city showed up. Very crowed. The management was in great spirits, which was a pleasant relief. There was a constant line to get pizza 🍕 or a salad 🥗 but it was all worth the wait 😋. Some drink choices weren't available due to such a successful turnout, but Dr. Pepper & lemonade were available 👍🏽. I am a new fan & will be back soon.
A place the children enjoy and still does not break the bank!, we went with the whole family and I made my big salad, so I made my pizza eating a healthier meal.
I reconmend it!
