I visited the remodeled store and it is beautiful. Very spacious and well cleaned. Avery, the greeter was absolutely wonderful. She had a plesant smile greeting each person, walked around to the customers asking if they needed anything, will obtain the item(s) if needed, and offered to throw that persons trash away. Jeana, HR Director, is always pleasant and greets you with a smile. Kyle Jones, my nephew and Team Member FOH, greets you with a smile also. He also makes certain the customers are not in need of anything and if they are, will obtain it for you. Chick-fil-A is a great place to visit for a meal, warm and caring atmosphere, clean store, and always busy with service to everyone. The drive thru now has 3 full lanes merging into 2 lanes and flows smoothly.
Excellent experience this morning! Delicious food, courteous service, and great value for money paid. Many customers, but I was treated as if I were the only one. Will be back again and again.
This Chick-fil-a can get super busy during meal times, but they always have multiple people taking orders and the line moves pretty quickly for the amount of people. They have only gotten my order wrong once or twice, and I've come here for the past 4 years since moving to Richmond. It is a fairly standard Chick-fil-a otherwise.
After having not been to a Chick-fil-A for over three years (Hawaii doesn’t have any there), I visited again and was not disappointed! Per usual, the friendly customer service was great as always, and my order was taken and served up promptly!
The employees say “my pleasure” instead of “you’re welcome,” but really it’s MY pleasure any time I come here. Reliably great food and quick service despite huge volumes. Love this Chick-fil-A!
Location was clean. Friendly service. Food has declined at every location I've visited in the recent past. Seems there's been a reduction of the amount of chicken used. Otherwise all is well.
