I cannot say enough good things about this location! My friends and I were in an insanely long line at the National waiting to get in and I called to verify that they could deliver to me at a moving location. I was assured that it was absolutely doable and wow!!!! 10 mins flat they delivered my sub and drink by bicycle and we were able to finish our food and drink all before even getting into the show!! Thank you so so much!!!!
This review is for City Dog's next door on Cary St. 😆 Anyway, I've already had three different dogs here in the 5 weeks I've lived downtown and each one was uniquely delicious. The Original Chicago Vienna Beef Dog is my favorite with the peppers and tomato. These dogs really pop, so good!
Our company hosted a large lunch with about 40 people. I called when they first opened to verify the order and the person that answered was so helpful and friendly. They were able to bring lunch early, which was extremely helpful. Our delivery person was very nice. I would definitely visit this location again if I was in the area.
Tried the new BBQ Ranch chicken sandwich. Not a fan but love the others
Put a large last min order in, and they came through for my team who is working overtime on a product launch! Super happy with this store and the individuals that prepared and delivered the food! They saved the day!
I have never ordered delivery from this location, but I have walked in 10+ times for a sandwich. Reasons why I would stop by:
(1) VERY consistent - my billy club tastes exactly the same every time.
(2) FAST for walk in orders (can not comment on delivery)
(3) They are very pleasant, even late at night
I've only been here once, and stopped by while driving through Virginia. It's in a pretty neat little nook of the city and the aesthetics inside fit well with the street in my opinion. I think Jimmy John's subs are higher quality than other places, like Subway, and taste much better. The bread is super crumbly though.
The interior of the shop was definitely "cozy" and by that, I mean pretty small. But as long as it isn't super crowded, I'd be happy to stop and eat inside again. They're pretty fast at making the subs too!
Place was amazing, clean and great service. Meet the owner. Jen and Bo did a great job making our sub. Stop by there and eat.

This is the best Jimmy John's in Richmond all the employees are kind and friendly. They know what I want every time I come in. Kat and Jamie make the best Unwitches. I literally eat there everyday ( sometimes 2 times) I love Jimmy John's
