We had our wedding celebration scheduled for Firebirds, however the reservations got made at the wrong location and we had everyone show up at the short pump location. I was panicking! These people were so nice!! They put tables together and accommodated all our guests at the last minute!!! Amazing!! The food and service was outstanding!! I would definitely recommend this restaurant!! And I will be going back there for other occasions! Our waiter was Bradley and he was superb!! Thanks for everything!!! Great place!!!
They were so nice. The food was amazing and the service was top notch. They made our day special despite the mix up and we can't thank them enough for being so accommodating. We will go back for sure and highly recommend this restaurant for special events or just an amazing dinner.
I loved the service here, the music was a very old country-ish style and didn't fit the atmosphere but I enjoyed listening to the old music it really took me back a little bit while talking and eating.
Again the service was wonderful and I wish I could see her again, she was great! But she did forget to take the bacon off my loaded baked potato amd the onions off my burger, I'm glad she didn't-

Absolutely LOVED it there. Took my husband there for his birthday. The staff was very professional and polite. Our server was very nice, polite, and very professional. We loved our food, I had the BLT salad with a side of shrimp and my husband had the steak and shrimp with a loaded bake potato. Everything was great, I would go back
Great atmosphere. Ginny was our server/waitress. Excellent service. Manager came to check on friends food. Streak a little underground for her liking. My God was good. Streak, probably go medium well next time. Loaded Potato yum. Broccoli cooked perfectly. Drinks delicious!

It has been a good while since I’ve visited. We ordered the ribeye, ribs, baked potato, lemon cake and buffalo wings.
The ribs might have been a bit overcooked but still extremely tender,
Beware the their steaks taste if they are charbroiled, or a grilled taste, not a flat iron taste. I ordered my steak medium well and it came out more medium rare. The second time it came out perfect. The buffalo wings are great. Overall, would revisit again.
The lemon cake is amazing. Get it!
Food was ok. When it came out it looked well cook but when you cut into the steak it was not cooked medium-well it was medium rare, the pineapple chicken was not seasoned well. Now the salmon, lobster tail, striped bass, shrimp, wings, and one of the burgers were good. The food presentation was good, the service was great and the manager quickly handled the issue with the pineapple chicken on a kabob by replacing it with a salmon salad. Fantastic service, fantastic atmosphere.

We typically have had good experiences at Firebirds but our recent trip to the Short Pump location was excellent. Our party of 15 (8 of which were children) can be a tough bunch but the entire team at Firebirds from our server, Lynelle, to the chef, Raul, and the hostess, Jazz, made for a memorable dinner. Lynelle stayed impressively calm and on top of everything. She ensured everyone received their meals and refilled drinks before we even realized we needed refills. She was accommodating but also efficient. Lynelle and the team really went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience and it worked! Kudos to Chef Raul for the excellent food and to Jazz for helping to make it all happen on short notice. Thank you!
Overall an okay dining experience. Initially told that T here was a 15-20 minute wait to be seated but the hostess forgot about us. We had to remind her that we were waiting and then the hostess did a shift change so it was another 20 minute wait to be seated. After being seated our waitress Aggy was very nice and polite. The food arrived and I expected the portions to be more but it was enough to fill me up. Not as much lobster in the lobster queso as I thought but still overall good food.
