Last minute impromptu Fathers Day Dinner (although just before 5pm). The food was great as expected, the server Eric, very attentive, courteous, polite and the atmosphere also warm and inviting. I would recommend the prime rib as it's always flavorful!!!! Great job team Firebirds!!!
The steak melted in your mouth and the potatoe was the size of my head. Food was awesome and I loved the atmosphere. All in all great dinner with friends.
What a wonderful meal! Firebirds in Midlothian is my go-to luncheon place. The food, the atmosphere, and the service are always magnificent. Today, we got got service from Ben. He had a great attitude.
Despite the restaurant being pretty full, the drinks, appetizers, and the entrees arrived at the table hot and timely. Prices are reasonable.
We are from out of town, so we have never had a chance to experience this place. We took a chance and went in for a birthday celebration. It was top-notch our waitress was wonderful even wrote out, happy birthday in chocolate on a plate with cheesecake. She took care of us fully, and it was the best experience yet.

Wood fire grill! We were seated fairly quick, and our server was new but very professional! For appetizers we got Lobster Spinach Queso, which was good! It would have tasted just as good with chicken instead of lobster and would have cut the cost a bit. At our table we had ordered a Cajun Ribeye, Roasted Garlic Sirloin, Honey Garlic Chicken, and two Firebirds Chicken Pasta and 1 cup of Chicken Tortilla soup. The food was prepared nicely and was good. They used almost the same seasoning in the chicken pasta as they put on the Cajun Ribeye. The cuts of steak were fantastic, and they offered to fix the cook if it wasn’t what we asked for like medium-rare. Everything was good and prepared well, but personally nothing really blew my mind other than the steak being cooked perfectly and extremely tender cut. Overall Firebirds is expensive but worth the price if you want a really good steak! My final complaint about Firebirds is a lot of the menu is Spanish or Southern inspired, but nothing in there advertisement or even the atmosphere of the store really captures the culture in which they are emphasizing in the food.
I am never disappointed when we go to this restaurant. We are always seated quickly and greeted by our server quickly. Today, we were waited on by Alexis. She recommended the Salmon Brunch option which was delicious. My husband got the Toritilla Soup which he loved. He also ordered a Bbq Grilled Sandwich and fries. We recommend this place highly! Alexis was prompt and knowledgeable about the menu. We will be back!
Best cheesecake your gonna get in 60 mile radius of Richmond imo. The kickin chicken is amazing. The salmon is fresh. The bread is bland but good. Ritzy vibe. Very low lights. Get the cheesecake. They toast that thang!!!!!
This was my first visit. This food was better than Bookbinders Restaurant. KUDOS TO THE CHEF!!! I had nothing bad to say. The food had good flavor, and the Doubled eggs with the sweet glazed bacon😋
Delicious steaks, appetizer, and dessert. Service was above average. Only had a slight wait for drink refill. Otherwise the waiter was very attentive. Noise level was tolerable, but on the loud side.
What a great restaurant. Service people work as a team, all hands on deck, all extremely considerate of cistomer experience and satisfaction, the General Manager was present and helping everyone. I will return next time I'm in the area. Great experience.
I would say this is a pretty chill restaurant. It was a referral to us. If you are up for some baby back ribs be sure to order a whole as there isn't much meat on it lol, but they tasted great, the steak with mashed potatoes was served a little dry, the grilled chicken and hand held sandwiches were great. The service was okay, plenty of tasty drinks especially the strawberry lemonade with blue sugar lining,. Overall we had a great time as a group.
We love Firebirds. Friendly servers, great food. Our server today was Kaitlyn and she was great. I had the salmon BLT which was wonderful and my wife had the Cilantro-Grilled Chicken. Unfortunately her chicken breast was "woody" and even though it's not harmful, it's tough and taste strange. The manager was great and replaced it with a burger(her choice) and comped her part of the ticket. We will definitely be back, it's the first time we had woody chicken and it's not the restaurants fault it's the supplier.
