What a wonderful meal! Firebirds in Midlothian is my go-to luncheon place. The food, the atmosphere, and the service are always magnificent. Today, we got got service from Ben. He had a great attitude.
Despite the restaurant being pretty full, the drinks, appetizers, and the entrees arrived at the table hot and timely. Prices are reasonable.

We are from out of town, so we have never had a chance to experience this place. We took a chance and went in for a birthday celebration. It was top-notch our waitress was wonderful even wrote out, happy birthday in chocolate on a plate with cheesecake. She took care of us fully, and it was the best experience yet.

Wood fire grill! We were seated fairly quick, and our server was new but very professional! For appetizers we got Lobster Spinach Queso, which was good! It would have tasted just as good with chicken instead of lobster and would have cut the cost a bit. At our table we had ordered a Cajun Ribeye, Roasted Garlic Sirloin, Honey Garlic Chicken, and two Firebirds Chicken Pasta and 1 cup of Chicken Tortilla soup. The food was prepared nicely and was good. They used almost the same seasoning in the chicken pasta as they put on the Cajun Ribeye. The cuts of steak were fantastic, and they offered to fix the cook if it wasn’t what we asked for like medium-rare. Everything was good and prepared well, but personally nothing really blew my mind other than the steak being cooked perfectly and extremely tender cut. Overall Firebirds is expensive but worth the price if you want a really good steak! My final complaint about Firebirds is a lot of the menu is Spanish or Southern inspired, but nothing in there advertisement or even the atmosphere of the store really captures the culture in which they are emphasizing in the food.

I am never disappointed when we go to this restaurant. We are always seated quickly and greeted by our server quickly. Today, we were waited on by Alexis. She recommended the Salmon Brunch option which was delicious. My husband got the Toritilla Soup which he loved. He also ordered a Bbq Grilled Sandwich and fries. We recommend this place highly! Alexis was prompt and knowledgeable about the menu. We will be back!

Best cheesecake your gonna get in 60 mile radius of Richmond imo. The kickin chicken is amazing. The salmon is fresh. The bread is bland but good. Ritzy vibe. Very low lights. Get the cheesecake. They toast that thang!!!!!

This was my first visit. This food was better than Bookbinders Restaurant. KUDOS TO THE CHEF!!! I had nothing bad to say. The food had good flavor, and the Doubled eggs with the sweet glazed bacon😋

Delicious steaks, appetizer, and dessert. Service was above average. Only had a slight wait for drink refill. Otherwise the waiter was very attentive. Noise level was tolerable, but on the loud side.

What a great restaurant. Service people work as a team, all hands on deck, all extremely considerate of cistomer experience and satisfaction, the General Manager was present and helping everyone. I will return next time I'm in the area. Great experience.

I would say this is a pretty chill restaurant. It was a referral to us. If you are up for some baby back ribs be sure to order a whole as there isn't much meat on it lol, but they tasted great, the steak with mashed potatoes was served a little dry, the grilled chicken and hand held sandwiches were great. The service was okay, plenty of tasty drinks especially the strawberry lemonade with blue sugar lining,. Overall we had a great time as a group.

We love Firebirds. Friendly servers, great food. Our server today was Kaitlyn and she was great. I had the salmon BLT which was wonderful and my wife had the Cilantro-Grilled Chicken. Unfortunately her chicken breast was "woody" and even though it's not harmful, it's tough and taste strange. The manager was great and replaced it with a burger(her choice) and comped her part of the ticket. We will definitely be back, it's the first time we had woody chicken and it's not the restaurants fault it's the supplier.

I ordered a Woodford Old Fashioned and the Durango burger. Very smokey flavor, cooked as requested and bigger than I expected. The bartender who served me was pretty good but a little forgetful at times. But otherwise very helpful. The atmosphere was fine and good for a date night. And the menu selection was very impressive. I'll have to go back soon to try out the other menu items.

Dave took really good care of us. The place was clean. The menu was plentiful. And lots of good drink options also. We ordered the chicken pasta as well as a burger. Both were excellent. The chicken pasta has some heat to it. Dave surprised us with creme brulee cheesecake for each of our birthdays. It was delicious.

My wife and I went for date nite. It’s one of her favorite places, it was my first time and I really enjoyed it. The food was delicious the service was good I will definitely be going back.

The food was good and decent portions for the price. The service was amazing! Nick was the best. The atmosphere was okay. I thought it was going to be a little nicer, but patrons were in old jeans and t-shirts. So more casual than dressy. Also, very smokey since the grill is open. Nice view and decorations though

Had a wonderful quick lunch with the family. Service was great and the food was nice. The Philly cheesesteak egg rolls continue to be my favorite item they sell; very cheesy. The seafood dip was really nice too.

The members of Town Police Supply had the opportunity to have our Christmas party here. We had approximately 17 people and we had 2 qualified servants, who made sure was correct & on time. The food was extremely good & worth every penny. Just wanna say thank you for allowing us the chance to spend time together.

Went there for family dinner the atmosphere feels right on the line between fine dining and outback almost as if they can't pick what they want to be. Over all was a nice mean felt that that 12 Oz ribye at $33 was a little over priced for the area.

I had a fantastic experience here at Firebird. I ordered the 10oz steak, they sold the last one just as I ordered it, but they made an adjustment and got me what they had left, which was just over 7oz's and it was delicious. Possibly the best steak I ever had. The staff and management was friendly and very helpful.

Was there Sunday night for Mothers Day dinner and the entire experience was forgettable. The server turnover must be massive as our server did not know anything about the drink specials and he recommended my wife's salmon be cooked medium well, I argued a bit but of course it came out dry. The steaks are average at best. I love a good ribeye for the marbling and the flavor but this one had more fat than meat and was flavorless. I used to love Firebirds but it seems they went down in meat quality and up in pricing. It's tough to find a good steak outside of Buckheads and Ruth Chris in RVA, I should have just grilled out at home and saved my money! $180 including tip for a very forgettable meal and experience. If you go to Firebirds which you will because restaurant pickings are slim in Chesterfield expect a below average meal at a high price.

We had the pleasure of sitting next to the kitchen, there was lots drama thats for sure! Free entertainment! lol There was some serous attitude in that kitchen.
The waiter was kind and friendly, he bought us desert and the manager camped our appetizers for the mistake that accured. We try to have the attitude that shit happens sometimes, we will go back.
When we got our food everything was delishous. The steaks were good. And you should try the lobster caso stuff, it was the bomb! We really couldnt complain about the food at all. Once again we will go back.

It took an hour to be seated and another hour for our food. 27 bucks for the worst, toughest, tasteless ribeye I have ever eaten. My husbands salmon was way overcooked. Sure was not worth the money. The only thing good about this experience was the friendly wait staff and bar tenders. Very dissapointed.

Last minute impromptu Fathers Day Dinner (although just before 5pm). The food was great as expected, the server Eric, very attentive, courteous, polite and the atmosphere also warm and inviting. I would recommend the prime rib as it's always flavorful!!!! Great job team Firebirds!!!

Had a great meal, the service was great! Prime Rib was delicious, fried Shrimp was delicious and the wine was very tasty! If we had a concern it was another family that coiuldnt control their children.... disrupting everyone on that side of the restaurants experience. NOT FIREBIRDS FAULT. I hear baby sitters are a good option...maybe add that to the menu! Haha

We visit both Richmond area locations often and love this restaurant and the fine food. However, ever order takeout here. The portions are very small (8 fries with the burger), food overcooked, toppings for the soup mixed together and ruined, and the cold bagged with the hot. Eating there is better and we will go for takeout somewhere else. A waste of $50.

Dined there Saturday night, had an excellent Ribeye and my girlfriend had a very good sirloin. Could not eat it all, so took some home and had steak & eggs for breakfast. Highly recommend it.
