Matilda was amazing.
Friendly and polite, as soon as I got to the drive thru speaker she said “good morning, how may I help you?” When I got to the window she smile even tho she was wearing a mask I can tell she was smiling, I love it, definitely next time I’ll go that way I will stop by and hopefully she’ll help me again.
I only got coffee.
I go here ever other Friday for my client. She always gets frappe. Walked in this more and one employee recognized me and asked how many frappes I needed. Told her 8 and she immediately started making them. Was nice to be recognized as a regular customer. Made my morning
The food is to be expected. The dining area is always sticky and wet **yuck**. We can never eat insude because my 5 year old is a suoer germaphobe, and I am too (but she's worse). The traffic is HORRIBLE! Other than that, it's your typical McDonald's experience.
The best crew is the am, and after 5 p.m., orders will at times be wrong sometimes

I did curbside at this McDonald’s. The order was accurate and service was friendly. My only complaint (and that goes to all locations) is that the McGriddle has shrunk in size. Nevertheless, the hashbrown is really crispy and tasty!
