The Couscous Factory

My friends and I were looking for a food truck open late and we found this place. I ordered a lamb gyro and they got the beef Shawerma and kefta plate. The gyro was just insanely good and the Shawerma wrap was pretty good too. As for the plate we weren't a big fan of the taste. The lady who took our order and made the food was very friendly and helpful and we had a nice chat. Highly recommended

Excellent food, service and portions. Very Unique, authentic and although a middle eastern food cuisine the owner, cook and service representative was Tunisian which is on the Southern Mediterranean, and Middle Eastern edge of the Middle East and speak Arabic as a first language, it's an country technically in Africa, also with a strong French Influence, but demographically, I assume it's labeled and also shares a traditional taste that caters more to the Middle East, with the rice grain mini round ball pasta like substance, also known as couscous, which is the main side dish that accompany every main selection, like chicken, beef or lamb and (or) steamed vegetables. But Couscous is the equivalent to how rice accompanies every Seafood dish in China. A very healthy, lean and cultural taste , yet filling on the go. The service was professional, friendly and fast. I definitely would recommend as well as return for another go. Also there were a few American food selections on the menu as well.
