Arby's

The menu items changed and I wasn't able to get what I wanted. The hours are terrible and the location closes VERY early. The service while ordering was acceptable however it went down the drain at the pick up window. The attendant was in a mild dispute with another worker- all because I added a drink. I accepted the drink and was putting away my wallet as the server was handing me my order- he was very impatient and started shaking my food bag in an irate manner- he was very rude and should have allowed me the courtesy of putting away my wallet without any rude behavior. I won't return to this location. Very poor experience

My last three orders have been incorrect from this location. The French dip stopped coming with Au Jus and mozzarella sticks stopped coming with marinara. However, my last order left anything to be desired. Hours after I ate my stomach and then the rest of my body felt odd. Went to bed and next morning it was worse (today, 04.05.22) as symptoms of food poisoning started to present itself. Working in the restaurant field.. the roast beef may have been held longer or out of temperature range, as there was some slight discoloration, the one I did not eat. Fix the issue. Do not refer me to complete a form on the website, it’s outlined.

I just left Arby's on N. Lombard St. And took a sip of my sprite....completely FLAT! No bubbles at all. Arby's, please switch out your soda machine with expired soda in it. After eating half my sandwich, it taste like the chicken patty may have had freezer burn before preparing. I won't be returning to this specific Arbys. Everything taste expired, my tongue is tingling🤢

Slow as pond water.... however usually very nice and courteous.... with the exception of the time I spent like $70 and got sicc af from half frozen raw chiccen strips and other food underprepared as well.... the manager was great the next day let me come bacc later and get 3 new meals.... this was about a year ago they have high turnover there's different people there now and so far they seem great.... just double checc your food before u eat it is allz I'm sayin....
