The staff is always very nice when I go in! I'm vegan and always order the new beyond sausage sandwich without egg or cheese, the other day one of the women gave me an extra sausage party because I opted out on everything else on the sandwich. Very courteous and much appreciated!

The gentleman that waited on me (7-1-2018) was very friendly & nice, & coffee was good. However the female (possible Manager or Asst. Manager) was very unprofessional when I requested an iced Americano. The Americano was on their menu but was told I could not get it iced. I was told I would have to order a coffee & an ecpresso shot (which is what an Americao is) and then order it iced. REALLY!?
