Dunkin'

UPDATE!!! Never received my debit card after being told it was mailed back to me. Had to cancel my card and get another one. Thanks a lot people. Insane. This place is infamous for not returning debit cards!!! Got 3 people running the window so u get your food and drive off and never receive the card back. Manager said herself there are stacks of debit cards when she comes in. Well obviously this is a cashier problem that needs to be fixed by management!!! I use my local DD daily and they have never accidentally kept my card! Very inconvenient

It was horrible. The lady behind the counter taking orders was barely paying attention. Once she finally completed my order I went around to the pickup area, to see the younger woman making my sandwiches without gloves!! Not to mention that she causually was telling some girl that she wasn't supposed to be on the property but didnt really do anything about it other than serve her the coffee she ordered. Once the sandwiches were done... I had to stand and wait for roughly 5 min before even being asked what I & some older gentleman needed. They forgot to make my two coffees! They were to busy being overly social with other people... By the time I got my coffees i was so sick of being there I couldn't wait to leave. Worst experience at any Dunkin EVER!

The customer service was horrendous. Had to wait forever for someone to notice we were standing at the counter ready to order. The guy who took my order for a coffee, sandwich, and hash browns, looked miserable to be there. Then when I was done ordering he proceeded to just stand there and stare off into space instead of making the food. I was waiting by the pick up counter when he finally saw me and asked what I was waiting for. I reminded him of my order, he then looks at the screen where my unmade order is displayed and looked so annoyed that I wanted my food I paid for. I can't stand Starbucks coffee, but I might start going there because at least they treat their customers with respect.

We went here this am and walked into quite the line at the counter and waiting at pick up. The 2 women working were ignoring everyone and very unprofessional. They were more concerned with splitting the tips then the customers waiting. Being servsafe cert. Watching them count money in their gloves and then use the same ones to get donuts and make food detoured me from buying food. My coffee wasn't made correctly but then again I should have walked away so that's my fault.

Stopped in to get a bite to eat in a cup of coffee while I was there there was a woman dealing marijuana and a guy rolling joints on the next table Charlie the crazy guy screaming on his phone homeless people all over the place just hanging out great place. I would recommend you bringing your kids there for a donut not!

The gentleman that waited on me (7-1-2018) was very friendly & nice, & coffee was good. However the female (possible Manager or Asst. Manager) was very unprofessional when I requested an iced Americano. The Americano was on their menu but was told I could not get it iced. I was told I would have to order a coffee & an ecpresso shot (which is what an Americao is) and then order it iced. REALLY!?
