Got my 1st Pirmanti Bro's fish sandwich, LOVED IT!!! Completely worth it. Ive been to this multiple times and the service has always been on point, food has been made right, on time (even with multiple orders), not one time have i ever been disappointed with my food!!
Stopped for lunch while client was at Children's Hospital. The Chili was good. Pizza was fantastic. Had great service. Next time in area will be back.
I consider this the kind of a hidden Primantis location in Pittsburgh, since it's not exactly near any major neighborhood. As it were, I have my fantasy football drafts there every year, since it's never packed and the service is good.
The food is decent, in line with the chain, and the drink specials for Happy Hour are good. The service has always been good overall, and the place feels a lot more small time and of the neighborhood than it is, which is welcome.
A pretty chill place for locals to hang out. So if your focus is not about food but simply to find a place to talk to your friends after hours, this is a pretty good option. The indoor is a bit on the colder side to my preference, but they do have patio. The environment is not too noisy either. As for the food itself, the cocktail is not very alcoholic :( only tasted the pineapple juice
I couldn’t come to Pittsburgh without trying the famous Primanti Bros and it did not disappoint. Their coleslaw is amazing. The fries are good and the sandwiches are filling. Try the cordon bleu!
This location is one of Primanti's better ones. We visited on a Sunday afternoon and they were dead. Just a couple people at the bar. The reason for our visit was primarily the dog friendly patio as our pup was with us. Service was mediocre. And surprisingly so was the food. Prior to this most recent visit the food at this location has always been very good. I got the pastrami sandwhich and the meat was greasy, fatty and chewy. Needless to say this wasn't the best Primanti's experience I've had.
I make sure to make it a priority to visit Primanti Bros whenever I’m in Pittsburgh. It’s a non negotiable. Meals like today are exactly why I make sure it happens! Delicious Mac and cheese bites, a mess of fries, and a tasty sandwich. I wish I had a second stomach.
Crazy cause Primanti Bros was one of the reasons why I wanted to visit Pittsburgh, I always saw it in the food shows and always looked so good. Anyways I found some street parking up front so parking was easy. We got menus and it was self seating. Ordered the Iron City Light and a Coors Light for drinks. Then for food we got the Classic Capicola with an egg, Reddit told me about this. Then the Classic Kielbasa with egg. We split both they were super good but I like the Capicola better. The egg was a nice touch tho, thanks Reddit. Massive sandwich but ate the whole thing. Nice to check it off the bucket list.
I was in Pittsburgh for the weekend and Primanti Bros. was recommended so I stopped in for dinner. Great atmosphere, bartender was friendly and attentive, and the food was pretty good. I didn't care for the personal pizza but the wings, Big Pretzel, fries, and beer was great! I would recommend.
I absolutely love primantis bros. Each location is just different enough but the food is always amazing and service is great. Even though the server was busy she totally played into our tourist mode and was beyond sweet. This location is probably my favorite of the 5 I've been to on my random Pittsburgh trips!
definitely less crowded than the one on the Strip; it has a quieter and more lowkey vibe. the bartender was very friendly and made sure my food/drinks were great!
We had a large catering order from this location for an event. They were very friendly, had everything ready on time, and the food was delicious. We will definitely be working with this location again!
