Allen was the who helped us with our orders. Very friendly, patient, helpful and hardworking person. We saw him working on every customer while we were dining in there. He should be a store manager.

I got here when they first opened and I had a very good experience. The cashier was very well mannered and he really enjoyed his job! I am not 100% sure but I am pretty sure his name was William. If this is incorrect I do apologize and will pay better attention. Again this was a great experience when I went to visit.

The general manager, Stephanie, is the best!! I came 15 minutes before closing (bless her soul) and she was super patient with me. She even made a fresh batch of fries for me. I appreciate the service and her kindness.

Been going to this location for years and the service here was to be expected very subpar. I would only come back because of the food. Well the past couple visits I have had the pleasure to be attended by the manager Stephanie. She has definitely turned that place around for the good the service now matches the food. Popeyes is one of the best fast food places in Orlando. Clean atmosphere. Food is very tasty. We came here around 4 pm on Monday 08/21/23 and every customers got the special attention care and friendliness from the manager who was wearing blue shirt I assumed her name is Stephanie at that moment. We’ve been here a lot of times and seemingly she is the nicest restaurant manager in this location.

MAY I HAVE YOUR ATTENTION PLEASE!
Now I understand and know personally that nothing or no one is perfect but the general manager Stephanie is immaculate! Her patience, respect and courtesy of her team is something I love to see with the upper management.
Her southern hospitality, and overall personality was a sight for sore eyes because what that team does on the daily isn't easy so big up to Stephanie and her team. Thank you all.
