A must stop after visiting the park. Only downside is quality slips when it gets busy. Also notice that if you don't have food ordered within 20 minutes of closing they will not take your order(manager decision). The staff is very polite and helpful. Be patient when busy as everything is made to order and takes time.

The food is delicious and well priced considering where it’s located. The size of the pizzas is good too. I was able to feed my family of four with 2 pizzas. However, the service is subpar. The waiters need to be flagged down if you have to ask for anything and during the summer, it’s very hot outside. The place doesn’t have a spot to eat inside and the outside area isn’t very well ventilated. There are only fans on the outside and they’re not always on.

I am not a fan of technology so I didn't think I would like the ordering system that required you to scan a QR code with your phone. However, I found it worked smoothly. I thought the pizzas were really good. Excellent! I loved the fennel sausage pizza in particular. The service was fast and friendly and the atmosphere was electric as this is located just outside of both universal studios parks - so there were a lot of excited people coming here to eat after visiting the parks. We were able to get a table quickly. There are tables out in the sun and tables in the shade, but no dining inside the building. There's also no bathroom here - you need to go a little further towards the parks to find some public restrooms.

Pizza was good (mozzarella tasted phenomenal but not much of it on there), we had 1 Margherita + 1 Pepperoni pizza. There was one waiter that truly stood put- Rae - his service was outstanding, he was very attentive (and unlike the other staff would actually come back with what you asked for).

We waited a while for a seat. Its 1st come 1st serve on tables. If a table clears on the other side of the room and some one beats you to it its your loss. Service was fast they took our drinks and food. Look at the menu while you wait for a table to save time. The pizzas where hot right out of the oven.

The pizza have a good taste and also when your order thru the app the food is in your table really fast, the only suggestion I have is the waitress need to have more interaction with the customer. service, need to be improve cause next to us a family didn’t know about you need to order the food from the app. And the family leave the place cause the waitress never came to the family’s table to explain the process

This is located inside of Universal Orlando's Citywalk, so you either have to pay for parking in the garages or visit after 6pm for free parking. I grabbed a to go pizza on the way out of the theme parks. I love the ability to customize my pizza in order to accommodate for allergies. The crust is thick and toppings just right. While there are a few vegetarian options, I did not see any vegan options on the menu. All seating is outdoors, but under a covered top. Pizzas are one size, fit for about two people, and run about $14-$16.

This place has excellent service and good food. Lots of complaints on here about wait times, but this is a busy place and you watch the cooks form the dough and make the pizzas so of course it’s going to take time. It’s excellent!! Employees are friendly and the food is delicious. Try it!! You won’t regret it!
