Pablo is the absolute best. He was so nice and entertaining. I live in New York but I will definitely be back. Best service ever!!!! Food was great and met some great people but Pablo made the experience!

Great poolside bar at Rosen Shingle Creek.
We just had frozen drinks this visit and our bartender Kim made my day when she was able to make a drink that I’ve had on my previous two visits, but for some reason management decided to take it off the drink list! It is a frozen Orange Creamsicle and it ROCKS!!! Of course the outside area poolside is beautiful to look at. Walk around and be sure to check out the beautiful on-site vegetable garden!

Mike was an outstanding bar tender—attentive, friendly, and amazing to more customers than u can imagine! I had fish tacos and my hubby had shrimp tacos. Not sure which was more outstanding… the food or the service!

Food was good. Fast and hot. Service was disappointing. Had a beer at dinner and wasn’t asked for another. But for six people it was better then expected. I like that the plates and bowls are made of bamboo. Eco friendly. Off sets the plastic utensils and cups.

Heather is very charismatic and upbeat, perfect fit for customer service. She listens, she is flexible and willing to accommodate, she is happy and very pleasant. We appreciate the pleasant time spent here, will be back!

I decided to bring my buddy out for drinks. Our bartenders Balis and Kim were superb!! They went above and beyond with their service. Kim made one of the most refreshing Green Grasshoppers I've ever had and Balis made a sweet yet satisfyingly sweet custom berry lemonade drink. Even management was on point! I believe a manager named Macy stopped by and added a light, friendly mood to the atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend 100/10!!

I don’t typically review resort restaurants, let alone pool bars. This one is different. Perfect setting, not as busy as upstairs, and an INCREDIBLE chicken sandwich. Never frozen, hand breaded, spicy, perfect.
And best yet Mike and Rich are phenomenal bartenders who gave me a very positive impression of this hotel brand. Color me impressed.

I went to this cafe twice during my stay and it has solid food and service! It is 100% outdoors with a tables and a full service bar.
The Cobb salad was huge! I did t have them but the nachos looked amazing.
The menu could offer a few more items and I wish there was a no smoking section, otherwise it would be 5 stars.

I liked their pool burger and my wife and I had it several times while staying at the hotel! Comes with french fries. My daughter had chicken tenders which was good too. The staff was kind and helpful. It is outdoor, and especially good for dinner when it cools down. There are plenty of seats.
