Great for a quick meal in City Walk. We spent about the same as we would at our local chain delis. Would definitely eat here again.

Not the cheapest quick service, but solid, fairly healthy food. Order and your food is brought to the table.

The cashier was super friendly and helpful. The hot sandwich melt was very good, coleslaw was good too! Good place to come for a quick meal after a long day at the parks.

We stopped in here after a day at Universal Studios for something light and were pleasantly surprised at how good the sandwiches were. We had the NY Pastrami Melt and the Turkey sandwich. They were good and fresh and the bread was excellent. If you’re in the mood for a sandwich, I would highly recommend and I’d definitely repeat.

I can't really speak to the atmosphere as I had ordered this to-go. It was very easy to order within the Universal app and then simply go to pick it up. I believe they do make them fresh, so there was a bit of a wait. Nonetheless, the brisket sandwiches we tried were absolutely delicious. The bread was buttery and toasted, the brisket was tender and savory. Was it a calorie bomb? Probably so, but in a good kind of way. It is quite heavy so one sandwich is probably good enough for one person.

Very good service 10/10. All the staff were helpful and engaging. No tip box, did not ask for any form of gratuity. Tipped them for best service so far in the Orlando area.
Food was good. From the Deli menu, the Italian sandwich; from the Melt menu, the New York Pastrami sandwich.
And the vanilla sky milkshake is a solid 10/10 score. Taste good, not overly sweeten nor that sticky feel. Nice & smooth. A repeat for sure as its pricing in a touristy area at Universal Citywalk is reasonable for its quality, taste and overal experience. Good seating area.

Their sandwiches were as mediocre as one could make it at home but their brand name and the nice interior design suggest a more deluxe high quality gourmet sandwich. That was my disappointment but I don’t mean the sandwiches were bad, they were ok.
Also the manager let us bring outside food for us to dine in as family because couple in our group wanted outside food.

Came here on 5-16-22 for lunch. Lady at the counter taking orders was amazing and friendly. Food came out pretty quick. Place has indoor and outdoor seating. I order the bbq brisket melt with tots and a raspberry sweet tea. Great place if you’re looking for something light and simple to eat.

Bread Box is located kind of in the land of misfit and forgotten toys of Universal Citywalk. Haha. If you see a wide set of stairs, tiers going up with strung lights, you’re headed the right away. It’s tucked up in the corner just before the food court with Moe’s, Burger King and company, and in the same courtyard as the Hart and Huntington Tattoo shop, a fro-yo place, and certainly most memorable, behind Voodoo donuts.
Well, bread box serves none other than… sandwiches! Made with bread! Amazing, right? They do have a good variety of flavors considering their main entree is the sandwich, however. There’s also multiple kinds of bread to choose from.
I got a ham and cheese with a peach jam inside. Surprised as I was, it was pretty darn good. The sweet of the peach jam actually offset the savory ham and cheese really really well. It’s not a combo I would ever have thought of, but I may have to now!
The store itself I absolutely loved. It was decorated in a clever way for a placed named the Bread Box, and we even sat at swinging chairs for our table. My good conscience couldn’t quite give this 5 stars because of how weird (in a bad way) our service was. The cashier woman was clearly new at the job and was struggling, which is easily forgivable. That changes, however, when you are rude about your inability to adjust on the fly. Not cool, man. But yeah if you’re looking for a fairly simple meal close to the Universal Parks but not inside, consult your map for BreadBox!

Bread Box has a surprisingly great line of sandwiches. It’s nice to have something different to eat. The bread has lots of different grains and they slice it nice and thick. The slaw wasn’t amazing, but it did compliment they sandwich nicely. The BBQ Brisket Sandwich was good. The sweet BBQ sauce did overpower the flavors of the brisket and bacon, but it was still tasty. They have plenty of seating and the food came out relatively fast considering they are making the sandwiches to order. It’s located a bit out of the way, but it’s definitely worth it if you want something that’s fast and not Panda Express or Burger King.
