Yum yum yum. I ordered online and it was ready in about 10 minutes. The service was fine when I went to pick up, and the pizza was tasty as expected; I got The Works. I love that they don't mark up the 2 liters also! I'd definitely go back to this location

Food quality not as good. The staff on the other hand today was very nice and concerned about the food quality! They remade my sons cheese sticks. But it still wasnt as it normally would be.

Could not have asked for a better pizza, it's not over cooked just a real dim lit hotel room, its absolute perfection!

This is the best pizza place in my area. I always get the 5 pizzas for $50 meal because I have teenagers that love to eat. Also because I can order three pizzas and by the time I'm done getting everything I want with three pizzas it is about $40. So I'd rather spend about $10 more and get five pizzas instead. Needless to say I love this place.

Papa johns has always done a good job of balancing quality, uniformity and convenience (in my experience). I have rarely had any problems with the food or the service. That said, there was a descrepency with my order the other night. Thank you to JESSICA at the Oretha Castle location for being a professional and dealing with my issue right away. She listened to my issue, acknowledged my concern and addressed and made right the situation. Jessica and the entire staff at this location were friendly, helpful and professional when facing adversity.. Great Job!.. I'll continue to come back.

The pizza is delicious and their customer service is spectacular. I came in town from Texas and was staying at the Hilton. When I called and ordered pizza, the phone girl was so sweet and offered me a really deal. Anytime you in town. I recommend this papa johns
