Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We couldn't be in Louisiana and not have Popeyes.😁 The chicken was fresh the flavors made my mouth watery. The service was over the top. Friendly outgoing and caring crew. They really made you feel welcome. This place stay busy with online pick up orders and people just dropping by to eat. The place was very clean. We were so happy not only to be eating Popeyes where it all started (Louisiana) But to also have an amazing experience at this particular storefront. Keep doing what you are doing . Until next time.

I just want to say that Mr. Ron and another young lady really helped me out with my order. I ordered through the Popeyes app for delivery. After waiting almost 2 hrs for my food, I never received my order due to door dash. The drivers received my food confirmed it but never delivered the food. I had to get out of bed and come down and pick my own food up. Ron had no problem with fixing my order and even giving me a complementary apple pie. I really do appreciate you guys taking out the time and helping me out. They were patient and understanding.

This was the best Popeyes we've been to in quite awhile. It was perfectly cooked both juicy and crispy. The batter was light and oil tasted fresh.The cashier was friendly and very patient when taking our order since we were tired and not very focused having just come from visiting a family member over at Baptist.Though we live in Harahan/River Ridge area,I would consider going out of my way back to that location.

It’s fast food so it’s no need to put such emphasis on the service. However, the wait was long but it was a rainy day so it didn’t bother me much. The speaker seemed to be out so I had to place my order at the window. The staff was friendly and efficient. It’s post Ida and most of our restaurants aren’t open yet so I was beyond happy to get some chicken!

The drive thru line stays really long so I parked and went inside. Ordered a large red beans and rice with the new flounder sandwich. As for the red beans and rice, it had 75% rice and 25% beans. The flounder sandwich was fresh and hot but it had way too much spice for me. It was very tender and not dry but the coating takes like spicy chicken. Other then that the food was pretty ok. Really need to work on the drive thru time, especially when their main item is chicken.
