We personally had great service. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars for service is because we witnessed a server being less than friendly & a bit condescending to a guest at their first interaction. She looked tired and like she didn't want to be there.
The manager was friendly, informative and prompt. He was also constantly working. They suggested the buffet. The food was good. There was plenty to choose from & The service is fast. It's a bit pricy though. Just under $30 for an average meal. Would I go again if short on time, absolutely.

This place is pretty cool. The drinks are "whole" and refreshing (margarita). The bartenders are amazing and the server's are refreshing. Give it a shot. Busy times or not. Seriously great times.
