I came in at 815 tonight when the shop was 15 minutes from closing. The team was cleaning up and I was prepared to hear that it was too late to order or that they were going to rush me out. That was not the experience at all. Isaiah helped me and he couldn't be more kind and attentive. He recommended a Gingerbread Chai and offered to swap the drink I had originally ordered for it when I showed interest. He is truly and asset to your company!

I placed a mobile order and when I got there it was not ready, I understand that it is a busy location. After asking about my order, Emily stopped to make my drink for me as I was already running behind schedule. Within 1 minute my drink was up. Superb service, and I genuinely appreciate Emily's customer service. Emily understood what I needed as a customer and helped me without hesitation. Thank you Emily!!!!

Great customer service, excellent speed of service,clean organized store,the best baristas in town. I tried 3 different locations on my vacation and all were awful. Piss poor attitudes. I found this on the 2nd day of my vacation, and I was overjoyed after visiting. I returned at least 4 more times before leaving. This will definitely be my go-to coffee shop when I visit. I visited the other coffee shops close around this location. Hands down, this is the BEST COFFEE IN THE CBD.

Fabulous- quick service. The atmosphere is perfect. Warm, but they give you plenty of personal space. If you are into people watching- you will see old and young and metro and hippy and chilled. What a great relaxing way to start a day of touring. There are a lot of workers, so even though there was a steady and heavy flow of people, the lives kept living steadily and quickly, without making anyone feel rushed. Five stars!!!

Always love Starbucks. Very nice staff, for the most part, though sometimes they have hired staff in the past that have had bad attitudes. It has been very nice in recent times though, at least in the past year.

Grabbed a quick Cafe Americano to get a pick me up. Good experience. This is a walk to location with polite and prompt staff. Nicely maintained and clean on the inside. If you need a cup, stop by. They will get you taken care of quickly.

These people don’t appreciate the hard work that goes into those crafted coffees. I see them get so much backlash because they can’t keep up. It’s modern day slavery.
Starbucks has enough profit to make the space bigger and hire a bigger crew. They would make more money. Plain and simple.
