I recently dined at 9 Roses and was transported to Vietnam through their authentic dishes. The caramelized catfish had a perfect blend of sweet and savory notes. The pork and shrimp spring rolls showcased a delightful combination of flavors and textures. The egg drop soup provided a comforting start to the meal. The attentive staff and welcoming ambiance added to the overall experience. If you crave genuine Vietnamese cuisine, 9 Roses is a must-visit.

WOW this place has probably one of the largest menus of anyplace in the New Orleans metro area!!! It isn't as large at it used to be but it is still quite extensive and includes items I've never seen at other restaurants in the area. They have abalone soup, various versions of pho, Chinese, Vietnamese, and several other Asian dishes thrown in for fun. The only complaint I've got is they don't offer jasmine tea like several other Vietnamese places do (maybe they do and I just don't know how to order it). I see more Vietnamese people eating here than just about any other place I've eaten in the area so maybe that means this is a really good authentic Vietnamese place. I really enjoy the food here and it is a really good value and actually just a downright cheap place to eat with fantastic food. They have some great value lunch specials here that are larger in portion size than many other restaurants dinner size portions! My video review of 9 Roses is here: https://youtu.be/eEtwdOCe8sI

First time for me, but I'm definitely coming back. This is authentic Vietnamese cuisine and one of the best in the region. The spring and egg rolls were on point, but I truly loved the hot pot and a salad we had with squid and shrimp. Absolutely amazing food and there is a huge selection of dishes. Update. We did the grill. Great food, very delicious. Their salads are spot on too. We also have had hot pot, which was delicious as well (they had trike and little fish balls in their, which is great but if you don't have a stomach for those kind of things, you might want to skip).

We had a decent to good meal here while passing through. Food was fresh, nicely presented and service was fine. Menu prices weren't too bad. Interestingly enough the bill had a cash price and a card price (about 3% more). I'm not sure if this is a local practise, I haven't seen it before.

Love the food here. Anytime I get to the West Bank, I make it a point to stop in either for lunch or dinner. I love the lotus delight salad so much that if I don’t eat one in I order one to go. The Chinese dishes are fabulous, but their pho and Vietnamese dishes are exceptional. If you have an eaten here and you love, Vietnamese food, I highly recommend you give it a try.

I love how this place has a lot of variety and options when it comes to authentic Vietnamese food! It makes eating family style so much easier because you can order multiple entrees to please everyone’s preferences. My favorite has to be their hot pot. Very large portion and flavorful. Lots of veggies and protein for reasonable prices! The remodel of the interior is more modern compared to years ago, but the bathrooms still need some more up-keep. Service is okay, but relatively decent for this type of restaurant. I try to eat here once in awhile especially when my family and friends want traditional Vietnamese food

Our first time in such place, I love the option of cooking your food on your own! And the food we ordered from the kitchen was delicious as well. I'd say portions were on a smaller size. The BBQ said will be enough for 2-4 people the sauce/onions and mushrooms provided were barely enough for 2 of us. Service wasn't the best. It wasn't bad, I just could use more explanation and guidance from our server.
