Lovely spot, pretty quiet when we were in but that was nice to be away from the bustle. I and my dining partner both enjoyed what we had. He had the Cuban platter and I had the fried tacos. We also had an order of the fried plantain which were well fried, crispy and not greasy. Mine was crispy taco and tender chicken, topped with fresh mild cheese and lightly pickled vegetables giving it a rich but bright lift alongside a portion of nicely cooked rice. He reported his was straight forward filling good food. His portion was quite large, mine a little smaller but more would have been too much for me. With the fried plantain plenty. We skipped desert but he had a mojito which he said was nice. Our server was really friendly and excited to share a list of places to go he really likes in and around the quarter. Overall I really good experience. Thanks!

I'm convinced this place has a low rating because locals don't want tourists here. I myself am I tourist. I come here everytime I come to nola. The food is amazing. Get the chicken taco salad. My husband loves the Cuban sandwich. Service is always the best. The staff are so kind and the margaritas are amazing. Love it here. Don't forget the flan. Best I've ever had.

Stumbled in here after a few hours drinking on bourbon st. Was so hot and hungry was thankful for the AC and fast service.Chicken nachos were the star of the show here!! I got tacos that were stuffed full and pretty good. Wasn’t too busy and nice atmosphere with decor and music.

The food was excellent, the service was excellent. We had the blue lagoon drink which was amazing & the Honduran enchiladas were amazing especially with the house made salsa verde.

Small place in the French Quarter. The food was really, really good. Cuban/Latin American cuisine; I think the only place like it in the Quarter. Marco was a great server; very energetic. He danced and sang along to the Latin American music playing. He seemed like he was having a really good time... I can literally hear other guests saying "Marco really loves his job!" and "wow, this food is good". Worth coming back for.

I don't know how I have missed this place until now, but so very glad we dropped in last Friday. Margaritas were good and service was great. My tamales were different, but great. I look forward to returning soon. Did I mention....best rice ever!
