I have gotten the honey pepper chicken Mac and cheese. It’s amazing. That chicken is the best part. Also got a blue shark cocktail. Idk what percentage of alcohol was supposed to be in it but I didn’t taste any alcohol even after almost drinking the whole thing. It was delicious though!

Now days, it's hard to find good service and Good food. The food was good. The Oriental Chicken Salad has always been my favorite. You can't mess it up. The plus was... the 2 for$25 deal. Me, my husband and son all ate for the $25 deal plus drinks and tip. Can't beat it@

Great service , a party of seven seated on a Sunday afternoon in only 30 minutes seems pretty good to me. We had two kids with us and we were happy with the menu selections for children. The server was kind, professional, and did a great job. The food didn't take long at all and came out roughly all at the same time. We really enjoyed the pretzel and beer cheese dip! It was exceptional! The other great part was that it wasn't too loud in there. We could all have a nice conversation and enjoy talking without yelling over music or crowds. I would definitely go there again.

I go to the Applebee's in New Bern once a week, every week and my experience has been amazing! Amazing staff, service, and delicious food. The best waitress I've ever had is named Stephanie M! She is such an amazing waitress and super friendly!

Our local Applebee's closed several years ago. I haven't eaten at an Applebee's since. But today I treated myself to my favorite Applebee's dinner. Restaurant was very clean, staff were wonderful and it was QUIET! Now re-energized to finish my Christmas shopping!!

We arrived with a group of 9 people. We were seated fairly promptly at 3 separate tables. She did ask if we wanted them joined together. Another part of our group (5 more people) arrived a bit after us and were seated in the same section. Our waitress was nice, but it seemed like she should have had another server in our section. It took a while to get our drinks and order. My Oriental chicken salad was good and a healthy portion. I believe everyone was satisfied with their food.

The food and the service was good but, it's sad to see that when I got to the restaurant the table next to us was empty and full of dirty dishes within 10 minutes of been seated 4 different employees walked by the table looked at the mess and ignored the table. 40 minutes after arrival, the bartender walked up to the table to grab the cups and drink glasses, and the rest of the table remained full with dirty dishes. My party and I was at the restaurant for 1 hour and 35 minutes and the table was never cleaned. To my surprise there were 6 tables under the same conditions (full of dirty dishes). This occurred between 7 and 9 pm. The restaurant wasn't that busy for them to have the dining area unattended like that; I know every waiter has their area or tables assign but please learn to work together... don't walk by and leave the table dirty that is not appealing to any of their guests. Learn to work together back each other out.

We got kicked out of Carolina Grill due to the owners daughter attitude. we came to Applebees with a large group. We were greeted by someone with the most polite attitude. After we were seated our waiter (Stephanie) was the BEST!!!!. When I tell you we had the most fun and she didn’t leave us. Please spend you money here and not Carolina Grill.

Overall this place is pretty good. The drinks are a little diluted. On this visit Chris was our server. He was ok not very attentive and often forgot some of our requests. It was busy for a Sunday evening so I'm taking that into consideration.
