My first visit to Caribou Coffee and it's so good I want to find one for every coffee pitstop during my visit to MN! The coffee is so smooth, no bitter taste (like a certain unnamed coffee shop located everywhere) and service was outstanding! I just wanted a small bite to eat and the turkey bacon mini hit the spot.
Why should I go one star less if there isn’t a complaint on the service that was offered? This was my first time here and the wait time wasn’t longer too. I was attended quickly and the banner menu on the top was friendly enough to point out the ingredients that you can expect for each item and how much of calories that carry. Some of the burger sandwiches promptly carried along the Vegetarian tag which is a good thing for a vegetarian like me.
They also have gluten-free tags if you are someone who has such reservations. I was attended by someone whose name I can’t recollect but his ‘Code name’ underneath his name caught my attention- “Malted Mocha” 😁
I ordered for a Green tea lemonade and they have an option as still/sparkling. I asked him what he would prefer and he suggested the latter. I went for it and less than a minute my name was called out. That was some ⚡️ quick service!
I normally get great service here but today the girl making my coffee did everything backwards. I got an Americano and she asked if I wanted her to dump coffee to make room for an extra shot. Instead of adding less water she dumped coffee I paid extra for to make room for the flavor shots that she added after the drink was full. It was messy and tasted horrible. I am hoping I will get a free drink on my next visit as it has now become "my caribou."
Friendly staff. Can get busy at times. There isn't much seating available.
This location, once again proving one of the best in the Twins! Tone-perfect service delivering coffee and history lessons with aplomb. Always love killing time here waiting for my bus.
This is a very busy caribou location in the mornings, even with the huge number of other coffee shops in the area. Orders are usually done pretty quick, the location is clean, the staff is friendly, and the coffee is delicious. Not much else I need from a coffee shop.
My first review. These folks are amazing ! Best part of my morning, even when it's busy, they are kind and quick too! Best service in the skyway for coffee hands down 😀
