Easily the best tamales in Minneapolis. Every single type of tamale on their menu is absolutely delicious.

Tamales are awesome! The champurrado is my favorite as well as the cafe de canela and cafe de Olla 😍 Be aware that if you order two drinks they will not give you a drink cadie-only for 3 or more. Makes sense with everything getting expensive these days. Definitely a great spot to try if visiting the twin cities or you want authentic Mexican tamales and hot beverages. 🫔

Best tamales in all Minneapolis! I grew up in LA and was unsure if I could find good quality Mexican tamales in Minneapolis and I was not disappointed with La Loma. Recommend the tamales verdes de pollo or the tamales rojos de Quaxaca. $4 each tamal

Cute little place, initially went by ratings only and it wasn't a fail. As you go further inside Its like a short maze, with plenty of snacks, foods to try, as well as any endeavors with Mexican culture you can try. At La Loma, I ordered their meatless tamales (does have pork lard tho so technically not so meatless FYI). They are pretty good. End up getting a champurrado as well. It wasn't overall sweet, it was perfect, not too hot or too cold. Will eat in here again.
