This is the best Chipotle in downtown Minneapolis. The burritos are delicious, always stuffed to the max and rarely broken. The staff are quick and the orders are almost always done before the pickup time. And people downtown know it, because today when I went at 12:40 there was a line of 20 people and 10 more people waiting, and the staff weren't missing a beat. A guy was super mad and yelling at the staff, who calmly informed him that they were short-staffed and that his order would be out shortly, and they kept flying through the orders even while he kept yelling at them. In the end, the guy got his order in less than three minutes. The people who work at this Chipotle are heroes, end of story.

Long lines at lunch yes but let me break it down for yall. Ya got the 3 speedy burrito spots in the Twin Cities and Pancheros isn't in the skyway so I'll leave them out of competition. So either go to qudoba or Chipotle for lunch if your looking for a quick Mexican meal. Chipotle doesn't have queso but I'm trying to eat healthy so that doesn't matter anymore. Long lines, you throw someone else up there or add another register you will turn 25% more customers plus as a customer I'm getting through the line faster, took me 30 last time. Remember you have no dinner business so you to make the most out of the lunch rush. One last thing, I appreciate when the person scooping chicken doesn't ration my portions like an inmate at mpls jail, I'm starving dude! Qudoba has unlimited queso, and guacamole. I keep both of these spots in a steady rotation.

Fantastic Chipotle! Staff is very courteous, quick, and friendly, and they make some damn good burritos/bowls. Despite long lines during the lunch hour at this downtown location the wait is usually short, not more than 5 - 10 minutes. Special shout-out to Elena for handling my weird online orders all these months and always putting a smile on my face when I pick up!
