Sociable Cider Werks

Sociable Ciderworks in Minneapolis is a hidden gem with an incredible industrial and indie atmosphere that adds to its charm. During my visit, the ciders were not just delicious but uniquely crafted. The 'Road Rash' with its raspberry and lemon notes, and the 'Rusty Chain' with its cranberry apple blend, were personal favorites. They also offer spicy ciders that add an exciting kick for those looking for something different. The staff at Sociable Ciderworks deserves a special mention for their friendliness and efficiency, managing to keep things moving smoothly even during busy times. The food truck outside was a delightful surprise, serving up generous and delicious portions that perfectly complemented the ciders. We celebrated a friend's birthday here, and despite limited space due to an event, the experience was fantastic. Sociable Ciderworks is definitely on my list for a return visit. It's an ideal spot for cider lovers and anyone looking for a great spot with a cool vibe in Minneapolis.

Super great! Husbands not a drinker but their non-alcoholic teas are great and local as well. I had the training wheels since I don't drink much ever and it was so delicious and had the perfect balance of tart and sweet blueberry flavor. We also grabbed a bite from So-So and the food was great as well! Staff was amazing. Can't wait to come back 🤟

We had our wedding reception here in late August. Olivia was communicating with me in the planning stages and was a great help. It was clear how much everything would cost and answered every question so we could know exactly how things would be executed. Sociable allows for off-site food to be brought in, so we were able to set up catering and dessert to be delivered. Because of our communication beforehand, the staff was prepped to help those vendors set up without us or anyone from our party being there. (As a note, they do partner with Unidos who can set up a food truck to be at your event, if you so choose.) The weather was gorgeous, so the garage door was open and we had the indoor and outdoor space for the West Taproom. About 30 people were there, so plenty of space to spread out. We opted to buy drink tickets to give to guests, but there are other options to go about this, so you're not locked into one thing or another. They also let us hook up to the audio system in just that side of the business, so we were able to play our own music, which was a huge plus! All in all, very pleasant staff made for a chill atmosphere. Our guests loved it, and we loved working with Sociable!

Great cider selection and nice atmosphere! The outdoor space is really great, especially on summer evenings with the string lights overhead. The food trucks are very convenient for a bite to eat and there's tons of parking which I always appreciate! They often have fun events, but it's also a nice place just to catch up with friends 🙂

My hubby and I hosted our 2nd Anniversary wedding celebration at Sociable Cider Werks and it ended up being a really fun time! Olivia, Alex, and all the staff were extremely friendly and great at communicating. The bar staff were respectful and enjoyable, the setting was lovely with turf and plants, the space was more than plenty, bathrooms were roomy and clean, drinks were yummy, music was live, and the bags were fun for everyone! If your unsure, go ahead and book bc we couldn't recommend sociable enough to host your event!

Fun place with ample parking and seating There was multiple live music sessions this day, with what I'll describe as a WIDE variety of music played hahahaha. Decent ciders, I am more of a fruity cider type of person and they had a good blueberry one! Also some crazy ones like a jalapeno one that was definitely not my preference The offer a choose your own cider flight which is one of the best things a brewery can offer. Good food truck was here today as well with some decent chips As I always say about these cideries, I always wish they also sold some of their own food so that I am not reliant on whatever food truck is there that day. But I do fully understand the added costs associated with owning a food distribution license and fees / building codes that entail. Overall great place, absolutely love the proper parking amount. Note to owner (would recommend adjusting your Google map location so that people who drive here come in the proper entrance)
