Can’t say enough good things about their oils and vinegars. The aged Balsamic is unbelievable, and we love both the Italian unfiltered and Italian organic extra virgin olive oils so much. We are so happy to support this wonderful business.
When I first saw this shop I wondered how a place could sell just oil and vinegar - I'm so used to seeing one kind of each in many brands at the grocery store.
I'm so glad I went in! The variety here is amazing, and you can try samples of everything. It tastes so good that sure, speciality vinegar and oil make a great gift, but I argue that it's completely worth the price to buy some for yourself! And this is coming from someone who buys most things in bulk at Costco.
On top of how good the product is, the staff are very nice here as well. They'll let you happily browse and agonize over all the choices for as long as you want, but they're also there to give helpful suggestions on what flavors pair well.

Came in today with a coworker and my boyfriend, and I have to say, this is such an adorable shop. You are allowed samples of all the oils and vinaigrette and there is a variety of flavors. The owner was super friendly, and offered us good items to pair, and recommended flavors. We ended up gettting the Italian olive oil and the white peach vinaigrette, along with 8 different honey sticks. Both so flavorful and amazing! Can’t wait to come back and get some more products.
Also, as a bonus, we asked for a recommendation on a local ice cream shop, and she referred us to sweet science, which was less than a mile away. We got to the shop and ordered our ice cream and they told us the owner of the Viniagrette place called ahead and said she would pay for our ice cream. That was so thoughtful, especially right now when times have been a little rough for everyone. I totally recommend this place if you are looking to add some flavor to your kitchen. Also, why not buy from people who treat you like family? Thank you!
Love this store, the employees are very helpful and the oils and vinegars are awesome. Great idea for gift giving and they make the experience fun. Brought back empty bottles for discount and love that they can be used again.
Cute little shop with very knowledgeable staff! Huge variety of savory and sweet olive oils (the lemon is to die for) and high quality, tangy vinegars. I've never really honed in on the prices, but if you bring their bottles back you get a couple dollars discount on refills so that's what I do. I typically get the small one because I'm only cooking for two, but they would also be the perfect size for a gift set. Some of the more popular flavors also have recipe cards that you can take for free. Three words: cherry pork chops. 🤤
Fantastic store! I went in for one thing and ended up getting 3 vinegars for myself and 3 other sets of three (vinegars, oils, and mixtures) for friends as presents. I didn’t realize how versatile and flavorful vinegar can be! The store staff was incredibly friendly. They helped us make combinations I never would have considered that were delicious. Definitely stop in.

I came to this shop looking for a Christmas gift for a family member who enjoys cooking. I was able to find some great olive oils and vinegar that complimented each other greatly. The moment I walked in Eric was able to help me find something and it was a lot of fun being able to try all the options. Great atmosphere, great staff (esp Eric!) and a great variety to choose from! I highly recommend this place!
Lots of oil/vinegar shops have gone out of business. Judging by it's staff, this one should be around forever! Best attitude in town and amazing tastes!

The next time you're serving a salad to guests, wow them with an amazing 'instant salad dressing' featuring oil and vinegar from Vinaigrette. The man working there served as a marvelous vinegar sommelier, advising me on which vinegars and oils to dress a salad to match our entrees.
